He had no choice. To not sign NDAA would be to not sign the years military budget and commit political suicide. He had no real choice.

Obama is damage control. For every derp thing he does every GOP candidate will derp in triplicate. The GOP WILL fuck us over if they get a hold of the oval office this year, with Obama we at least stand a chance of still having a salvageable nation left.
On a side note, if he does get re-elected, I forsee him getting some teeth with regard to derp bills like SOPA, PIPA and NDAA 2012. If he's ineligible for re-election anyway, as all second-term presidents are, he has nothing to lose by telling Congress to go fuck a rhinoceros when it hands him something stupid, whereas doing it now would be political suicide.
I can't wait to see Obama in some debates again. I think an Obama/Paul debate would be awesome.

If any of you actually took a government economy class it would be crystal clear that if the Federal government hadn't intervened we'd be thrust into a second world nation heading for third.
And the rest of the world would've collasped as well and we would've had third world war because desperate times calls for desperate measures.
