An assault rifle by definition must be capable of fully-automatic and/or burst fire. No doubt the gun control debate will flare up right after this, I'd say it's important not to get the terms mixed up.

Not only did the murderers take the lives off innocent public servants, but they also took the right to peaceably assemble from the protestors who were there peacefully. This was a targeted attack on peace itself.

One thing you guys should note, TAC channels (what are used in operations) are encrypted. All federal radios, and local law enforcement use encrypted radios and channels for operations purposes.
That said, we're not going to get to hear what the cops say when they've found the shooter.
