none of the suspects are in custody, they are in an intense search it was a separate guy with body armor in public that was arrested

This is all becoming more clear, they must've planned to have one shooter lead the police near the bank so the snipers could get a better shot...

I'm going to jump to conclusions and say that BLM has officially inspired domestic terrorism. As if they weren't shitty enough already.

Just to help people get it clarified: there are 3 confirmed deaths, one DART officer and two DPD. Shooters are still on the loose, but it seems police have at least one of them cornered.
