Personally it might be a veteran just because of how he moves and has control over his weapon. Your average gun owner,homeboy,bubba,etc. Does NOT have that type of natural control and poise under those circumstances, specifically the way he encroached and fired has the makings of someone whose either been trained or practiced running close fire drills.
