What else could it possibly be? This happened at a protest over two controversial police killings of black men in a 48hr span. If I had to hazard a guess, I'd say it probably had something to do with that.

You'll know when an air unit is talking, its unmistakable. The rotor noise drowns out almost everything they say, its extremely difficult to hear em.
