This event has tarnished their name so badly it's not worth trying to go and try to get them listed as terrorists.

My main issue with using the robbit as a bomb is they may have just nullified a perfectly valid method of negotiating safely with future shooters. Now that it's been all over the news - and the police who performed the action praised - that a shooter was killed using an EOD bot rigged with explosives, it'll likely affect the possibility of using an EOD bot for remote negotiations in the future. A criminal who has holed themselves up seeing one of these things may refuse to work with the police, or actively try to disable the robot to prevent it from potentially blowing them up (depends how obvious explosives would be on the machine really I guess). Now they know there is a precedent that these things can be rigged as weapons, are they really going to want to let one come near them?

I wouldn't go near that thing regardless.
