Remember that it happened at a BLM rally. So other things could have sparked from the shooting. It could also be totally unrelated.

Channel 1 is probably the zone channel/city wide, you will hear general crimes inbetween calls about the shooting

ie, that robbery and people fighting at a soccer field. Crime hasn't stopped because of this and they still have to respond to other calls.
