Hopefully the negotiations (if they are indeed going on) will give SWAT and/or federal task force officers to pull off an assault. This needs to hopefully end before any more police or civvies get hurt.

Second scanner channel just about blew my ears out with a long beep. Something about an active shooter. Most likely separate since this one is the south sections of Dallas. Someone broke a leg?
