Bernie Sanders cut short after 'Black Lives Matter' takeover rally

A group of people that only look at colors.
I'm really starting to think that BLM is some movement funded by Hillary Clinton, because what organizers would actively ruin Bernie's campaign, a man who organized peaceful protests and attended MLK's speeches during the 1960s? Not to say that's the only thing he's done for minorities in this country, his legislation and votes in office speak for itself.

I mean, it is suspicious that they ruin the rallies of the only candidate who would actually support their cause.
And that apparently this was unsanctioned by the main group as well.
Why the fuck would they go after sanders of all the candidates? This is the second time now.

Mob mentality, one person does, the rest follow. It's just disappointing to see "political activists" going after a candidate where you can type in "Bernie Sanders black lives matter" and get the answer to "where does he stand on this issue" unlike many other candidates.
With enough of these protests and the included media coverage, the video explaining where he stands is not going to be on the front page of YouTube anymore, and that's going to be a goddamn shame because it'll just lead into more nonsensical protests for people who don't know what he believes.

Bernie needs to address the BLM community in a way that will send a message about his stance because right now he is being eaten alive and I'm pretty worried that this news coverage is going to further separate him from minority votes.
The BLM community is delusional, they keep shouting "You can't take our vote for granted" but fail to realize Bernie has not even come close to securing it.

/pol/ is cuckposting as usual lol
i want to say that the "this was a move by the clinton campaign" is just conspiratorial bunk but it actually makes way more sense than idiots interrupting and protesting the person who as literally addressed all their points and has even expressed approval of the movement. in any case i know these people aren't representative of the entirety of the BLM movement, only another reminder that idiots are everywhere

i can't see how sanders could address them more than he already has unless he sets up a press conference specifically to address BLM

The BLM crowd seem like the type of people that would support Hilary because of her sex.

They will.
Most of them are SJWs by any other name and their entire platform isn't based on doing what makes sense, but merely getting petty revenge.
Fuck these people. They aren't going to do shit for improving the living conditions of African Americans in this country.

I just hope these people don't actually vote. It's easy to attend a rally and be loud with your dipshit friends, but to register and have power over an election? It takes a bit more than a momentary "I'll show up and yell at some white guy"
Calling them degenerates and morons doesn't really help anyone here. Yeah its rude to interrupt but that's how messages get out there. Wrong place; wrong time; and they're protesting at one of the candidates that is and was an early proponent of civil rights. Maybe we wouldn't be so pissed off if they actually protested at a location/event that kind of made sense.
All their protest did was piss me off and make me think less of the movement as a whole (Even though I know there is a problem and agree that something has to be done about racism and police brutality as a whole).

yea fuck a social movement based on the actions of a small fringe group!
Holy shit how do you even get to that? It's a small group of people doing this shit here and instead of blaming them directly you would rather blame the movement as a whole even though large groups in it have not supported these actions? Now, whether or not 'these people' are doing shit to improve the living conditions depends on who 'these people' are. Do you mean the 'these people' who are actually doing this shit (Small Fringe Organizations)? Yea, then sure this is a bad tactic and won't get them anywhere. Do you mean the 'these people' who have no relation to this and are actually pushing for change through black lives matter (Larger & More Popular Organizations)? Cause if that is what you mean holy shit that is so far from the truth and whatever you are basing your analysis on is dead wrong.
Stop blaming a whole movement for the actions of these people and maybe actually look at the movement itself before making shitty uneducated statements about it and the people in it.

It could be the actual BLM movement is valid and the leader of that movement is not paid by Hilary or the establishment, but the establishment inserted some paid volunteers to do all the dirty work for money. Makes sense, if the BLM leader was found out to be conspiring with the establishment, shit will go through but if its their people it will be pretty anonymous and hard to find out and they could probably leave and be safe.
Going to put on my tin-foil hat!

George Soros is the Democratic Koch Bros.
But no one brings this up because it would highlight the hypocrisy.

Facepunch doesn't like that civil unrest tends to involve some degree of mistakes and idiocy. They think that's exactly what you do. They think that's how the civil rights movement originally worked - a bunch of black people nicely standing around with signs in dedicated free speech protesting zones without blocking any roads or inconveniencing anybody at all. It's a joke - this forum was cheering when Occupy Wall Street blocked roads and inconvenienced thousands of people, now they think it's "annoying" and "selfish" because they don't agree with the tenets of the protests.
I think this is retarded and misinformed and dangerous to Bernie's campaign. I'm hoping in the debates he'll be able to shut down these misguided protests against him fully by using even more solid and exact language than Clinton will.
Hopefully something like a TV spot will give him the opportunity to be incredibly straightforward and direct on what he thinks needs to be done. He's already done this, but it hasn't been spread across social media hugely yet.

There is no "leader" of the Black Lives Matter movement. Modern movements are headless. Saying the "leader" of the BLM movement was somehow involved is just ignorant - that's like saying Sarkeesian is "the leader" of feminism. There's no leader. There are organizations dedicated to it, but the movement as a whole has no leader or figurehead like the Civil Rights movement did or like any other movement in the past has had.

like it or not, the actions of the minority will invariably affect the public image of the majority. the BLM seattle page took a good step by denouncing those who did this. however, many people will still have the actions of the few taint the image of the all and unless you're prepared to give this lecture to everyone you aren't going to be able to stop that, you can only do damage control and denouncement.
These protesters are anti-Semites contributing to the continued suppression of Jews in our society. They are Nazis and scum.
Why are they not protesting at republican rallies instead? It doesn't make sense to me that you would protest somewhere where people mostly agree with the point you're (seemingly) trying to make

Good luck trying to make a scene in a corporate stadium full of conservatives being hosted by a billion dollar company.
You can't even get a full video of the debate legally right now, they have their shit locked down.

Probably because republicans wouldn't take that rude shit and have them arrested for disturbing the peace?

There's also the rumor that Donald Trump is a plant by Hillary intended to derail and damage the GOP campaign beyond salvation so that she would have a better chance. While I don't believe in conspiracy bullshit, she seems like the kind of person to do it. Question is whether she'd actually be willing to risk it, getting caught would probably destroy her career.
Facepunch only cares because it's Bernie Sanders. Most people would be laughing their tits off if it was a Republican.
No, I'd just be calling both sides shit. Not that it wouldn't be appropriate to call the current major Republican candidates horrible racists who probably hate black people/latinos/anyone not white and maybe even white people if they're poor, because they are.
Black lives don't matter, all lives matter you stupid bunch of fuckers, when will you learn.
The last time this happened they booed "all lives matter" and fixing poverty within the African-community community. They're radicals who should be ignored.
This totally won't cause conservative extremism to become more popular, or validate the beliefs of certain conservative extremists. Not at all.
