I guess this was a truly hopeless case then. He had everything, but nothing helped.

Personally? His videos piss me off. Not because of what happened (the shooting) but because of how he presents himself to then how he went and did what he did.
If I knew him, saw this video, i'd have gone straight over to his house and beat the living piss out of him until he was black n' blue. What a fucking cunt.
I've been single for 6 years, and through part of that was a little disgruntled at how I wasn't able to find a suitable Girlfriend. Feeling lonely and abandoned it settled a deep depression over me. But instead of seething and building up the frustration; I found other outlets. I started chasing for my Pilot's license, I picked up a second job to occupy the extra time I spent depressed at home, I bought a motorcycle, and traveled a bit with my new income.
No, it certainly wasn't easy and I definitely didn't want to work all the time. But now I feel a world better about myself. Women are the last thing that bother me. It'd be nice to have a warm body to cuddle up to at night or someone to tell you they Love you but Love/Women, I've come to realize, are just a fraction of the wealth that life has to offer and if that's your "Life-killer", you are sadly misguided in this Life (as are many others).
This kid was just pathetic. His demeanor in the video, his philosophy on life... He didn't need a therapist, he needed a fucking ass kicking.
I'll say it again, what a cunt.

We Need to Talk About Kevin is another good movie that fits this theme.
Getting him therapy
Calling the cops on him(at least twice it seems)
In general seeming like decent parents
Naw they were just shit parents who can't raise a kid, that explains everything.
God I'm such a knee jerking retard :suicide:
Like most things, the situation is grey and no single person or event explains everything. His parents and therapist should have been more concerned. The police should have been more rigorous in following up on the report. He shouldn't have had access to a gun. Online communities that promote a hatred of women shouldn't be so prevalent. None of these things alone explains it, all of them together do.

The two problems with that film for me though is the fact Steve Brule is the dad and that Kevin kills a bunch of people with a crossbow/bow & arrow.
