Should we remove a child's appendix at birth? I've never had an issue with mine. I think I've only ever met... at most 3 or 4 people who have had to have their appendix removed. Sure, it MIGHT cause problems at some point but it most likely won't so removing it is absolutely unnecessary. IF a 5 year old child requires an appendectomy for medical reasons then by all means remove it, but if not you leave it the fuck alone.
Also, I'd like to point out to the people who claim that circumcision helps to prevent penile cancer and the spread of HIV and such - what proportion of males ever contract HIV or get penile cancer? I'll bet that the percentage of males who get either is LOWER than the percentage of people who suffer from sensitivity, general functional or aesthetic problems as a result of botched circumcisions, so you're not really doing anyone any favours at that point and are, in fact, just causing more problems that wouldn't have been there in the first place. If my odds of developing penile cancer with foreskin are 0.03%, and without foreskin its reduced to say 0.008% but my odds of having a circumcision go wrong are 5% I think I'll just live with the 0.03% chance of getting penile cancer, thanks.

Yo, if you've ever been in your bathroom, you probably noticed some weird large trough thingy, or a maybe a stall with a glass door. Now now most people just use them to store their linens and cleaning supplies, but get this: if you look carefully, you might notice a couple strange little nobs sticking out of the wall. And what happens if your turn one of those nobs? Fucking water comes out. No, I'm serious, you can go try it yourself. Crazy, right? But that's not the best part!
