Hell, even on high dosages of warfarin you wouldn't need get into a fight to bleed to death. You can quite happily start bleeding into your gut, stomach or far more lethally, your brain on anti-coagulants. I got put on Actilyse when I was in hospital (which is a clot busting drug and an extremely potent anti-coagulant) and my gums and eyes started bleeding happily of their own accord.
