he can keep his shit private if he wants but it makes him look like a shady motherfucker
Only reason to would be if you were a shady motherfucker. Check, Ann Romney.
You're right; however, he does, unfortunately, have his right to privacy.
Of course. But by keeping that, he loses the right to so casually pass judgement on everyone else, as he's been doing. Not that he had that right in the first place, people just exempted him because BABY JEWSUZ!!!
They more they insist "That's all you need to know", the more we know he's absolutely hiding something. I bet he has a few years where he made $50 million and didn't pay a dime in income tax.
Go ahead and hate his policies, pick apart the job he did at Bain and as a governor, and vote however the hell you want, but seriously, don't jump on the crazy bandwagon.
The issue isn't that he is hiding something, it's just that he is a very successful businessman and has a lot of money. How do you think low income people are going to feel about a very rich successful businessman as the president? They are going to say the same kind of thing Used Car Saleman said. "He never paid taxes.", "He never worked a day in his life.", or even "He is just a rich asshole with no care for America." With the amount of spending and debt American has, we need a successful businessman, because he will save money, and get us out of this debt.
Romney and his wife are very big clients of Goldman Sachs investment bank. Now, just Google a bit about Goldman Sachs and everything will be clear as to why they don't want to reveal their tax returns. They are also big investors in the bank.
I honestly believe nobody should have to publicly release their tax forms, no matter who you are. [editline]20th July 2012[/editline] Also, it's a very bias article. Clearly a liberal writer wrote this article.
lol "liberal bias" high ranking republicans have said everything this article is saying. All I ever hear in the media when it comes to politics these days is just 'Jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, jobs, JOBS.'
If failure to release the tax returns means he can't be President, then I say he should keep 'em secret. I don't want this guy on this PLANET, let alone in charge one of Earth's biggest military forces. Nonetheless, it'd be interesting to see where all that money's been going, and hopefully it's been funding something so horrible that Romney can't even be a governor anymore.
All I ever hear in the media when it comes to politics these days is just 'Republicans, Democrats, Republicans, Democrats, Republicans, Democrats.'
Fixed that for you.
What does she mean "You people"?

The one second to him? Ron Paul, whose plan consists of atomizing our social spending while still lowering taxes. We DON'T need a businessman, certainly not Romney.

Something must happen but with trillions of dollars of debt you won't just magically clear it within a few years.
America is never getting out of debt. Something must happen but with trillions of dollars of debt you won't just magically clear it within a few years.
You mean like closing all the loopholes that these stupidly rich people and business use to hoard all their money? That will never happen if Romney is elected, because if he does anything it will be to make more loopholes.
We've been given all we need to know? I guess we know not to vote for your husband then.
He does. But he's shooting himself in the foot by not releasing them.
He'll shoot himself in the head if he does.
Romney doesn't accept evolution. That's all the reason I need to not vote for him.
How do you think low income people are going to feel about a very rich successful businessman as the president?
lmfao
