Victory at last: Uwe Boll gives up on Hollywood and says 'f**k you' after three failed crowdfunding

Shit-stirring has always been a staple of this guy's PR efforts so I'd take the message of this video with a grain of salt.
all uwe boll movies are unarguably giant turds
Fuck you all, House Of The Dead was a masterpiece.
Did they really just call Rampage "awesome?" That movie was as big as a catastrophe as any other Boll film. More so, probably, for its half-assed attempts to be controversial. It's the uninspired wet dream of a picked-on teenager with severe emotional shortcomings. It wasn't a clever social commentary or an interesting twist on character archetypes or narrative arcs or anything worth commenting on. It was literally just a movie about some edgy, socially maladjusted kid deciding to go on an indiscriminate shooting spree, and getting away with it to great fanfare as if we were supposed to be cheering him on.
Uwe Boll is a horrible director, and for Rampage to be his Magnum Opus? Fitting, I guess. Good riddance to bad rubbish.

Right? He seriously bitched that other campaigns (which he hints at those campaigns being stupid) were there just to "make a quick buck" and were shit, and then whines that nobody funded his shitty movies three times.
A guy made a successful campaign for potato salad, and you can't get a movie funded. Take the hint.
Literally all I get from his video is that he is one or more of the following:
Ass-assaulted
Butt-hurt
Booty-bothered
Bum-blasted
Derriere-destroyed
Fanny-flamed
Glute-gutted
Poop-chute rioted (RIOT!)
Rectum-ruined
Squatter-scorched
Tushy-torn

What Uwe Boll doesn't seem to realise (unless he really is just a massive troll) is that he's an exploitation film maker. He seems to think he has a cause when he doesn't, and although you can easily say his films are utter dross compared to just about anything else, it's not quite right to do so due to the genre of filmmaker he is. Though as I say he can't identify that himself, he's opening himself to criticism.
I genuinely feel these recent increases in anger by him are due to his tax loophole finding being closed. He has plenty of money now from it, but he can't make anymore. It's made him even less credible as he can't gain off the losses when the film is released. Before that he would pretty much make fun of himself and anyone instead of hating on them.
I agree with him on Marvel though. Come on, somebody bite ;)
God, I didn't even know there was a Rampage 2. I saw the original when it was still relatively new and it was hot garbage.

FTFY
I just watched Rampage 2 cause of this, I didn't even know it existed, let alone that it was supposed to be a trilogy. But the movie was pretty fucking hilarious, Uwe Boll is a great comedy director.
If he's got enough money to "play god" until he's dead.. then pay for the film your fucking self. Clearly he doesn't have enough faith in it either, so, as usual; fuck Uwe.
He said play golf.
