It will be on PC later, Microsoft just buy the DLC rights from the developers so they can release it first. Happens with most multi-platform games.

Around here it's 60€. Which is 82$. And I doubt they're gonna give out dlc for free.
They and their ridiculous price tags can go fuck themselves, I'm not paying anything more than 30€ for a Cod game
