He might get better in follow up proceedures. The French lady who got her face transplant (got mauled by a dog) didn't start off very well but in time it got acceptable. The first picture is right after the proceedure, the second is sometime afterwards. The problem is with this guy was that he had tumors and was the reason for this proceedure, so it'll look like that afterwards.

His mouth is permanently stuck to "D:" [editline]04:17PM[/editline] Except with a little down syndrome involved.
The swelling will make his face look 5x fatter. Once it goes down it'll be much better.
I feel bad for almost laughing at the pictures. But at least once the procedures are done he won't look like a burn victim
Remind me never to get surgery done there.
ahhhh what is wrong with your FAAAAACE?!
Remind me never to get surgery done there.
I will remind you when you are covered in tumors.
I wonder how functional this is. Can he freely speak, chew, kiss, does he have problems with mouth breathing or licking stuff? If he could do all of these things, it'd be inifinitely great.
Well the article says he could speak, guess it will be better once he recovers from the surgery. And I agree with you, that would be fantastic. I hope he gets all the help he needs.
all i could say when i saw the op was this: aaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa but good for him, the followup operations will help him greatly
It's like some kind of bizarre reverse five o'clock shadow.
Goddamn sploicers
Suddenly I feel like potatoes.
They already did this. It became the inspiration for a magical drug-crazed psycho living under the sea. If you don't understand, I'm talking about that soldier who got a skin graft/transplant and ended up inspirating the Bioshock guys to make Toasty.
