Guys, this study only covers 1,789 Brits who claim to be vegetarians. This isn't representative at all.
I lot of alcohol is produced using non-vegaterian methods, so unless you watch out you might already be breaking that moral before you're drunk.

Same with tattoos. Usually black tattoo ink is made from the burnt bones of animals, so if you're not careful... you'd end up looking like a massive hypocrite.
Luckily there are vegan inks out there.
One third of the 1700 respondents to a poll self reported that they eat meat when drunk*
Tbh even as a vegan i'd eat some meat when traveling, I feel like you're missing out on a huge part of the culture if you don't eat the food.

My vegetarian girlfriend has eaten chicken nuggets and sausage (from pizza) when drunk.
People eat from burger vans when they're drunk. Even if you're not a vegetarian I'd call that risky behaviour.
i ate a bunch of lamb from a dirty chinese street vendor once when i was wasted, luckily it somehow didn't destroy my bowels

then i don't think she's a very dedicated vegetarian, because all the vegetarians i know would still be disgusted or against eating meat when they're drunk

She can't eat meat sober or she gets sick, she's been a vegetarian for about 7 years.

A lot of people just get sick when they eat meat if they've been a vegetarian for a long time/ their whole lives. I know a lot of people like that.
