I think that if there were no immigrant to take lower paid jobs, these would be paid better. Because the job still has to be done. Things would get more expensive, but it may be their true price. I do think we live beyond our means, and if we don't correct it now, it will grow worse.
I bet my fucking student loan that you wouldn't go and clean toilets if the job was available and you were out of work, even if it paid more.
They're not dead yet. They just have to get the message across until september that it's not a matter of "hurr durr free downloading!!1" anymore but rather integrity, transparency and preserving democratic rights. oh and protecting the internet from invasive and harmful governmental and corporate action.
This is where I think the pirate party everywhere is suffering, people just think its a party supporting piracy but really its so much more.
I bet my fucking student loan that you wouldn't go and clean toilets if the job was available and you were out of work, even if it paid more.
Depends on many things such as "how bad do I need money ?" or "what do you call 'paid more' ?". If I needed to in order to get food, and of course if it actually allowed me to get food, then I'd do it.
I haven't really followed politics much lately cause of my exams, but I'm Bulgarian and am starting a course at an English uni this year, should I be worried. I know UKIP has quite a thing for us

I know UKIP has quite a thing for us
Nothing to be worried about really, all they have done is diluted the UKs power in Europe even further. They still have no say in national politics.
I can't pose an opinion on the European Union since I can't really judge what's good/bad. All of the EU's politics are so different than America's, it's incomparable. One might say "Well they're as right as the GOP/Left as the Democrats" but then it gets to "Well HOW left is left?" and things like "What's an MEP" or the various EU border/immigration laws/plans that are scattered to-and-fro. However, from general sentiment, I can see that the UKIP is a serious scab on the EU Parliament (or however it's named)
Woah woah woah wait, UKIP won? W-what does this mean, the burgers in my ears are stopping me from understanding. (could someone explain again)
Not much really - Nick Robinson, BBC's political correspondent, put it quite well last night - UKIP are used to being the 'bad boys' in the European Parliament - calling the EU out on a number of issues, insulting other countries (Belgium) and generally being unruly. However, after these results they will now be surrounded by plenty of other 'bad boys', some of whom will be much more unruly than they are. So effectively, UKIP winning doesn't mean a great deal for the UK or the EU as they were already well represented in the parliament. The big deal is the entry of Eurosceptics from the rest of Europe.
