Another outstanding and mature comment.
if you gave half a shit about "maturity" you'd not think people "hate gays" because "90% of them are flamboyant, obnoxious, and attention whores" that's a ridiculous justification of hate towards a particular group of people, in case you needed it spelled out plus I don't have to be mature, because everyone already knows you're an idiot
I believe what he was trying to say is that you are a terrible human being and your existence is frowned upon by most parties with ownership of common sense and decency. As for me, I couldn't care less.

I can look at your prior comments in this thread and they all point to the same conclusion: You are a horrible person.
I'm still waiting for a coherent and logical explanation as to why I'm a "horrible person", because at this point it's not quite clear at all.
I'm not sure how that makes me a horrible person. You don't even know me. How presumptuous do you have to be to make comments like this?
I think you could have worded that comment more appropriately like "Homophobes tend to be the way they are because they are frightened of the stereotypes that society has applied to homosexuality. Like the caricature flamboyant, uninhibited gay man". As opposed to saying that the majority of homosexuals ARE flamboyant and uninhibited.
if you gave half a shit about "maturity" you'd not think people "hate gays" because "90% of them are flamboyant, obnoxious, and attention whores" that's a ridiculous justification of hate towards a particular group of people, in case you needed it spelled out
I never justified it or confirmed any association with that belief. I am simply telling it how your average (stupid) person sees it. However, you are leading me to believe that you are probably one of those people, so I'm sorry for relying on implication to get my point across.
I'm still waiting for a coherent and logical explanation as to why I'm a "horrible person", because at this point it's not quite clear at all.
I never justified it or confirmed any association with that belief. I am simply telling it how he (your average, normal-thinking person) sees it. However, you are leading me to believe that you are incredibly dense, so I'm sorry for relying on implication to get my point across.
You didn't imply anything, you stated as if it were fact.
That's not at all the delivery that I intended. Maybe you should learn more about language and social skills.
no he wants to repeal the civil rights act because he's a racist 100 year old prick who wants to go back to the days where blacks had to drink from different water fountains. even if he isn't all his policies will do is move equality in america backwards.
are you being serious right now how can you fuck up paul bashing its so fucking easy seriously if you're going to shit on a candidate at least do it right instead of using this pathetic "NO HES OLD SO HES RACIST AND CIVIL RIGHTS REPEAL!!". there's evidence of him being racist, use that. but don't take something that is explainable without racism in the equation and try to call it racist. just because you don't like a candidate doesn't mean you get to make shit up, so stop.
That's not at all the delivery that I intended. Maybe you should learn more about language and social skills.
What you said had nothing to do with language or social skills. There is no wiggle room in what you said.
He wants to repeal the civil rights act because it is 1) Not permissible according to the constitution. And 2) Because the Civil Rights act is coercive since it FORCES people treat minorities in a certain way. And as a Libertarian Ron Paul believes that coercive legislation is unethical.
Forcing the United States to end segregation is unethical? What kind of fantasy world does Ron Paul live in?
Marriage as an institution is generally useless in modern times. It is more of a financial agreement between two parties than it is a declaration of love. If two people love eachother they will be together regardless. As for homosexuality, people generally dislike homosexuals because 90% of them are flamboyant, obnoxious, and attention whores. As for me, I couldn't care less.

Been waiting for someone to point out the obvious, thank you. [editline]29th December 2011[/editline] Very mature. You wish death upon someone that doesn't think like you do. Isn't that what happened during the Crusades (or pretty much every single war in history)? I mean, it's a given, the reasons behind war are ideological in nature.

I'm still waiting for a coherent and logical explanation as to why I'm a "horrible person", because at this point it's not quite clear at all.

I never justified it or confirmed any association with that belief.
Ron Paul isn't a Libertarian because it's the latest political trend, he's been saying the same things and spreading the same message since the 70s, you twat.
Yeah fucking right He's against big federal government Big state government? Well that's their prerogative
I can't be the only one who's noticed the overly formal phrases in an attempt to hide behind a façade of pseudo-intelligence and seem like he has a point?
I'm sure you're trying to be witty and all, so good for you. My use of "overly formal phrases" is natural; it stems from receiving an education.
Prime example of Facepunch logic. Why do people hate gays? Fair enough question. because religion man fuck da religion
Not sure what is wrong with that train of thought
I'm sure you're trying to be witty and all, so good for you. My use of "overly formal phrases" is natural; it stems from receiving an education.
ahaha, oh wow.
ahaha, oh wow.
Replying with a meme? Thanks, that's all I needed to hear.
if you said something like "some people hate gays because they think 90% of them are flamboyant, obnoxious, and attention whores" then I'd be more inclined to believe you, but if that was the case, the comment is completely redundant
I thought blind generalizations is the Facepunch way. Just look at the religion and Republican circlejerk. [editline]1[/editline] Oh wait Facepunch doesn't like applying that logic to things they actually agree with.
I hate ayn rand for the same sort of reasons, why defend the bible?
I thought blind generalizations is the Facepunch way. Just look at the religion and Republican circlejerk.
It is a result of most FPers being under 18.
Replying with a meme? Thanks, that's all I needed to hear.
What? Way to judge my entire personality based on a common response that also happens to be a meme. Apparently.
Way to judge my entire personality based on a common response that also happens to be a meme.
I didn't. Try again.

[editline]1[/editline] Oh wait Facepunch doesn't like applying that logic to things they actually agree with.
Go cry me a fucking river Religion has negative ramifications and so do republicans of the 21st century Much more so than 'the gays' [editline]30th December 2011[/editline]
It is a result of most FPers being under 18.
Even though tertiary institutions (and the rest of the world) have a liberal bias?
Ron Paul isn't a Libertarian because it's the latest political trend, he's been saying the same things and spreading the same message since the 70s, you twat.
And back then, it was the cool thing to do during that time also. If he was a libertarian, he wouldn't of signed a paper stating that he vows to protect life at conception. During debates, if he was asked a question that is absolutely a person's choice, he'd either say "it's a person's right to choose" or something along those lines. Ron Paul is somehow magically going to give the central government less power while giving state government more. That would mean they would be distributing power among st people such as Rick Perry, Mitt Romney and Sarah Palin. No fucking way.
I'm a homophobe, I don't like being around or seeing anything gay, but that doesn't mean I'm so totally into dudes.
You should elaborate. Are you just disgusted by homosexuality itself, or do you think of gays themselves as inferior people? Being uncomfortable with homosexuality is normal, seeing how it seems foreign and odd to you, but if you think of gays as lesser people you're taking it too far.
Forcing the United States to end segregation is unethical? What kind of fantasy world does Ron Paul live in?
A fantasy world where challenging the dominance of the white male Christian is a government overstepping its bounds Basically if you support repealing the civil rights act like Paulie does I guarantee you're at least two of those three things and you've become so privileged you think that actual equality is oppressive
You internet fanboys spouting viva la revolution and legalize drugs didn't believe me and rated me dumb when I said he was a Christian Conservative asshole just like the rest of the Republican Party. He isn't a libertarian, he says one thing because "independent" and "libertarianism" are the current "cool things" in politics. Having one or two good ideas once in a while doesn't excuse what he is doing.
False He ran for president with the Libertarian nomination in 1988. Also I don't think he has "one or two good I ideas" I think all of them are good ideas.
Another outstanding and mature comment.
and you use big alternative words and a 'swanky looking' avatar to look cool Right now, you're homogeneousness to a jester... funny to watch, but not someone you'd want to be or be friends with.
and you use big words and a 'smart looking' avatar to look cool Right now, you're homogeneousness to a jester... funny to watch, but not someone you'd want to be or talk to.
Calm down.
