We need to stop judging intellect based on gender.

Article was good for a chuckle or two. Firstly, risk taking is a natural part of business. Secondly, emotions have been proven to be counter-productive in terms of decision making and affect overall intellect negatively. Women are more emotional than men. The sheer amount of accessibility to men in financial jobs obviously skews the playing field, in other words, if there are only the cream of the womanly crop at the top, and all the men are taking part, then obviously it will seem like women are better because it is a skewed survey.
