Who said it was natural? I already said it was thanks to science.
Whether or not it's convenient doesn't really matter, and I'm sure they'd do well, but I think both men and women functions best with a opposite sex that has instinctively different ways of thinking and reacting allowing for a wider range of thoughts to be shared and experienced.

I fail to see how being able to reproduce without men makes women a superior sex. It's so impractical at this point that men are pretty much still required.
