If anything I think women have more chances, because if I was an employer then I would really prefer to have a woman for a smart job. Probably because of some of the reasons the OP says. And there's a reason that employers aren't allowed to ask "were you thinking about having a baby anytime soon?", something to do with sexual discrimination I guess. Rightly so.

Seriously, I am no sexist, but you can't change biology. Man and Woman just are different, ignoring this fact is plain stupid. There are jobs only Man can perform, because a Woman could loose fertility, or just would be physically unfitting. But there also are certain things Woman are better in, because of their differences. We have been given a perfect balance by Nature, why do People want to interrupt it so badly?

Why is sexism okay when it's female on male? Really, look in the media. Women, across the board, are more competent and more attractive then their male conterparts. Any woman who claims women are better is shown to be justified, if not outright correct in her beliefs, while if a man thinks men are better, he's chastised and treated like a monster. This isn't gender equality. there are women who quite honestly want to rule the world, and their primary weapon is accusing the people who disagree with them of misogyny. 10 seconds before someone accuses me of being sexist.

Women can triumph in any physical challenge. The difference is only that they need to train more for it because of the biological differences. Other than that I agree. I remember reading about an all woman business that promptly failed due to the bitchy and shadowy nature of her workers, so in reference to an all female society - you'd got to be having a laugh. Though women certainly have a lot of power over men, more so than men actually like to think about and this upsets us greatly.
