Around 50% of British mosques have been attacked since 9/11 - Polidicks

Holy shit a comment on the daily mail site i agree with "As long as the spineless Politicians ( of all parties) and local councils continue to appease Muslim demands there will be aggravation. The British people are sick and tired of been told by our governing bodies that we need to adapt to their way of life - no we don't - we are in ENGLAND and wish to preserve OUR way of life. Attacking ANY religious building or meeting is wrong, we pride ourselves on freedom of religion in this country, and indeed, for many immigrants to our shores this has been a wonderful thing, but also to be dominated by any religion will defeat this purpose ! In addition the Muslim community need to do a LOT more themselves to combat the anti Muslim feeling - there are a group of 500 mosques now going to give talks on child grooming and sex crimes to their congregations - GOOD - but there are over 1500 mosques in the UK - so what about the other 1000? So until our government clamp down on hate preachers, and making us feel 2nd class, expect it to continue !"

Looking at the statistics it's the Muslims who are just trying to exist in Britain peacefully while everyone else oppresses and discriminates against them

Religious groups do change depending on country, too, as there is a heavy influence from society, and I know Turkey isn't the most relaxed place about this at the moment. Second of all, these men in the picture are very popular, if you find violent pictures of hostile Muslims in Europe (specifically Britain) you'll notice that these men all appear in them, its a very small group of radicals going around and making it appear there is more of them when its really just a handful. Of course, when you're spamming pictures of these forgettable people in the media we assume its worse than it is. But next time you see this kind of stuff, go look at previous images and see if you notice any of the men.

Your media even censored Woolwich beheader's Islamist talk. You can't find it on Youtube anymore.

Give it a few years it will be reversed, muslims doing that to churches. You can't have two dominate religions co-exist and no expect ones people not to attack the other because of differences. You need only look at british history e.g. Catholics vs Protestant. Same god, different beliefs on how to worship him.

Buddhism is a peaceful religion, but even there there's discriminatory, sectarian violence by Gurkha buddhists against muslims in Burma. Catholicism, sikhism, judaism, hell, even atheism - every belief has a minority of closed-minded people who think their belief is the only one that's right, and they'll go to any length to make sure people know it, sometimes with horrible methods. No religion is extreme unless its followers are. You want to know what my extreme belief is? I don't think any faith has got it 100% right so far, because some people are so caught up in their belief that they can't admit the merits of other faiths and the faults of their own.
