• Maine governor: Drug dealers named 'D-Money' come to my state to sell heroin and impregnate 'young,

As a Mainer, my Facebook has several large posts from biracial couples claiming the speach was racist towards black men, despite the only mention of race being white girls. I lived in far northern Maine, usually when either a druggy or drug dealer moved in with a name like 'D-Money', 'E-Dawg', 'Swifty', etc. he was a scrawny white guy named Donnie, Ethan, or Shawn, etc. It's rare to see a Black person travel there to sell drugs, usually white from what I have seen. Either way, I see no reason to drag race into it when it's not about race to begin with

As a resident of Maine, I hate a good 80% of people here and I hate living here. Unintelligent, unmotivated, and anti-social people are everywhere here and it sucks.
"of course there's no such thing as white drug dealers! it's all those evil not-white people, who aren't white, like myself, lovable individual that I am!"
I think white drug dealers have a strong potential market here with low-risk investment :v:
Dammit Smoothie, stop stealin' all the good women!
This isn't the first time he's said something like this and it won't be that last. I'm a little surprised at how many other people from Maine post here.
Having lived in the middle of nowhere for the past ~15 years: I didn't even know my state had a drug problem until like a week ago. whoops
The American Congress is currently rocking a 14 percent approval rating. American voters are pretty dumb, generally speaking.
Not quite how it works. Congress has a low approval rating, but everyone's individual congressmen/congresswoman has a high approval rating in their respective places. It's because they bring jobs in locally and constantly approve stuff that helps local politics, but they often fumble when it comes to national politics. [editline]10th January 2016[/editline] You can do what you want on your own turf as a politician, but when you get to national politics you better toe the line in your respective party or you can get ostracized. The two-party system has it's flaws.
He was voted in so people probably do like him.
It's odd. The news here is almost 24/7 controversial/absurd/stupid things LePage says yet he still got elected twice. [editline]10th January 2016[/editline] Also jesus there a lot more Maine FPers than I thought :v:
He was voted in so people probably do like him.
I've lived here all my life and I still don't understand it.
'D-Money,' 'Smoothie,' 'Shifty' — these types of guys. They come from Connecticut and New York,
Can Confirm these are common NY names
