Except he weaned himself, which resulted in her dragging him to the doctor and wanting the doctor to make her son stop rejecting her. I don't know because I'm not a child psychologist. I'm talking about anyone mad because TIME showed a picture that was "sexual" or "disgusting". Anyone who thinks this is sexual or disgusting has some problems.

I think as long as he's not old enough to get wood while breastfeeding then it's okay. And even after he's old enough to get a stiffy it would be okay as long as he can hide it discreetly. Although I think the mom should at least go to Ikea and get the kid some comfortable furniture so he can relax while he's feeding.

Breastfeeding starts to hurt when the child begins to teethe. I can't imagine how crusty and painful her nips must be. The CDC recommends that you breastfeed until the child is two, but even then that's a little weird. Once your child starts talking is when he or she stops sucking on titty.

One serious problem he will face in the future- his friends teasing him. They will say things like "Do you remember that time when you sucking your mom's tit?"

I don't have a problem with this. The kid just has to know it will end at some point, and that it's pretty strange because it's not usual to breast feed so long. I'd say it's ok to do till the boy is 4 or 5 years old. After that it get's awkward socially for the kid.

I'm going to point out something I read from a doctor in another source: Weaning is a child's first major experience in separation. What she's doing could stunt his social growth.

I was breast fed a little later than the norm, at least old enough to remember it. I was a momma's boy until like my sophomore year of highschool, and that's probably why.
