Its not hard to go for a walk and if not that stay at home and put the air con on you and do a couple of sit ups and push ups.

That makes it even worse. It's really stifling and once you lose your breath, you have to stop for a minute to regain it. At least, that's what happens to me. I do push ups and sit-ups everyday. I don't really count that as exercise though since I've been doing it for so long. I'm talking more about cardio.

Relevant to what I said earlier in the thread, I have not read up on recent 'gay' science. What I know dates back to when no one knew how someone was gay. So maybe that's why I didn't know what I was talking about. I don't exactly research homosexuality on a daily basis. But anyhoo.
