Wow, a doctor from the religion fuckstupidity capital of the world. How scary.
What, she believes in God, but not the Christian one. She believes in hinduism - budhism (don't know wich)
She has multi-speculation and is now currently the head of a hospital
How does that mean she knows anything about homosexuality? [editline]08:03PM[/editline] An interesting article: http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/7456588.stm
"UUUUuggughghgh... Must... not think.... must.... delay response.... for distant hope!"
She will be back tommorow and hopefuly i can get her to write an article. If you can dissprove her, i will believe that being homosexual is a natural thing.
Does she have a degree in biology?
I don't know if any of you can argue with a qualified doctor that studied all over the world. Man if i would get her here in facepunch, you would lose this argument. Too bad she's in Turkey right now.
no guise ur rong my mom said so >:C never mind the fact that almost all psychiatrists, psychologists, and biologists disagree with her.
What, she believes in God, but not the Christian one. She believes in hinduism - budhism (don't know wich)
Well, let's see. Buddhism is an atheistic religion, meaning there is no god figure. I don't even think it is a religion at all, but more of a practice, except there is mythos behind it. And last time I checked, both practices were pretty accepting of homosexuality. Either way, it doesn't sound like an important matter since you aren't even sure what your own mother practices. I'm having doubts about your story or if these credentials even exist.

I would make a joke about him being retarded but that would be degrading to retards to compare him to them.
I am against old people having opinions.

Educated people can be swayed by personal biases too.
I always get a laugh at American politicians. For the supposedly best country on Earth, you sure are run, or at least sometimes run, by absolute morons.
I always get a laugh at American politicians. For the supposedly best country on Earth, you sure are run, or at least sometimes run, by absolute morons.
Rated late.
If any politician in another country said this, they'd be in the shitter.
I would make a joke about him being retarded but that would be degrading to retards to compare him to them.
Now, now. I'm interested in hearing the argument. Name-calling, especially pre-emptive name-calling just makes you look bad. Seriously, you're already on the probable winning side of the argument. You are just making the whole side look bad if you already choose to resort to crappy tactics commonly employed by the losing side.
Rated late.
Rated dumb :downs:
How in the world do you find giant protrusions on the chest sexually arousing? Boobs look gross. You may rainbow me now.
Dicks look gross.
I always get a laugh at American politicians. For the supposedly best country on Earth, you sure are run, or at least sometimes run, by absolute morons.
America is the most archaic advanced nation in the world.
Rated dumb :downs:
rated redundant. You need the better-ratings-plugin to see it.
rated redundant. You need the better-ratings-plugin to see it.
Rated :smug: 12 year old. You need to be a :smug: 12 year old to see it, so it should be right there on the bottom right of your screen. [editline]09:50PM[/editline]
America is the most archaic advanced nation in the world.
I dunno, they seem to be quite advanced in the whole games industry
I dunno, they seem to be quite advanced in the whole games industry
I'm hoping that was a sarcastic post.
It...wasn't. Well you used to make good films, and you've got some decent TV
Being gay is decided by hormones. Therefor you have no choice in it... Except for taking daily hormone regiments....
:O A cure for gay?!!??!!?!?!?!
:O A cure for gay?!!??!!?!?!?!
that made alan turing kill himself.
yes being gay is a choice, a wrong one. it is against the laws of reproduction. it is against the laws of nature.
Someone mention law? Also you are box
I fail to see how you're imprinted with religion at birth but you can freely choose your sexuality. You can't really help what you believe is true, yes, but sexuality is something that doesn't change. You'll only see your perception of your own sexuality change as you explore it further. Not that I'd know, being the sad bastard I am.
It...wasn't. Well you used to make good films, and you've got some decent TV
I'm not American. And I said that America was the most archaic advanced nation in the world. I didn't think it was very hard to understand, but I'll explain it. Technologically, they're advanced. Socially, they're not. Many US politicians are still in the dark ages when it comes to things like gay rights, etc.
, but sexuality is something that doesn't change
Not true. [editline]09:59PM[/editline] Look at Elton John [editline]10:00PM[/editline]
I'm not American. And I said that America was the most archaic advanced nation in the world.
I dunno, in Ireland we have a blasphemy law and our minister for justice is a homophobe.
Religion isn't a choice, Before my dad was married he used to party, drink, smoke, get in fights, etc. But when he was in jail he read the Bible and chose to believe in God, his mom never believed in God. Being gay is something you're born with, although i do have doubts about that sometimes: I knew a guy, he was nice, pretty cool. He got the best girlfriend which he kept close for a few years, they got intimate, etc. Just a year ago he dumped her and a few months after that he started going for the rod. Now he's gone emo/scene and has had a few boyfriends.
yes being gay is a choice, a wrong one. it is against the laws of reproduction. it is against the laws of nature.
Nature doesn't work on laws or "ought-to-bes". What you're doing is anthropomorphizing nature. Making it seem like nature has demands or rules. You're basically replacing the word "God" with "nature".
