All the times they could have stopped this sick fuck and all the times the kids were ignored or called wicked for telling what he did to them. Fucking disgusting.
Apparently this allegation was known to children (of all people..) in the 70s. It really is shocking, I hope that everyone can learn from the investigations that are going on. Also people shouldn't be too trusting of famous people. If someone is accused of something it should be investigated no matter who they are or how much good they do.
Dead people don't suffer. I don't get how it's any actually similar even.
Consent, or lack of consent, is pretty much a binary thing. If I tell you, "hey, I don't want you in my house anymore," and make you leave then it's not okay for you to show up a day later. I've made my feelings known, you don't belong here. I could say you're only allowed to show up on the weekends or something, meaning there is conditions to that consent, but for the purpose of this exercise let's just say I don't like you at all. Sexual consent is pretty much the same thing, I give you consent, or you do not have consent. Just because I'm dead doesn't change anything, except for the fact that I literally cannot give you consent. In that case it's best to assume that no, it's not okay to fuck my cold, dead body, not even a little bit and this is why you're not allowed in my house anymore. [editline]26th June 2014[/editline] To put it into perspective, saying it's okay to fuck a corpse is like saying it's okay to rape somebody passed out as long as they never find out about it and therefore won't suffer emotionally.
I say we dig up his corpse and fuck it. That'll teach him.

But speaking of this guy in particular, it seems like it goes "Well, he raped people, kids even." and people go "Oh nooo" "Well, he also raped corpses." and people go "OH NOOOOOOOO" And personally I find it odd that some people seem more upset by the idea of somebody raping a corpse than somebody who's alive.

It's pretty unusual to stick your dick in a corpse. Hence the getting super creeped out
You're surprised people are disgusted by necrophilia?

So no, it's not in fact the deceased owner of the house can express his concern for trespassers anymore, it's you. You are saying it's not okay to enter his house the next day and claim or utilize the inanimate property in it. - which is practically what loved families treat the closest dead as if they are their property and they will tell you how you are violating it. I don't know, maybe that's how it should be but it's pretty nonintellectual to claim that you are violating a dead human being, when really you are possibly violating those alive around them instead.
