is price really relevant when it comes to computers
you can say macintoshs are over-priced, but all computers are over-priced unless you buy them at auctions for 25$ like I do
i can't afford plasma screen tv's, but i've learned to cope with it and thus i won't go ranting against plasma owners as fucking scumbags abusing ionized gas
maybe i'll form the Ionized Gas Liberation Front and convert people to a world of liquid crystal because people who use ionized gas for their perverted watching needs are sick individuals that need to be educated
Cars are a good example too.
"God damn pricks driving around BMWs. My Geo Metro gets me around just fine!"
The marketing director at the place I work uses a Mac, and she does some pretty awesome things with the software on there to help advertise our events.
It's useful for people who want it, and I don't get why everyone hates on them so much, when it doesn't affect them to begin with.
It's like common sense is vacating the world.
all this hate spent towards macintosh users can be far better spent on right-wing politicians or third-world dictators
instead we ball our veins and grow tumours over computer parts because that's the type of failed species we are
I'm not complaining about Macs, nor when other people spend there money on it. I'm complaining about your "lol get out of ur basement".
if people think you live in a basement maybe it's because you are doing something fucking wrong

If people cared about how big a threat the Tea Party is as much as they do about who uses what computer, we'd probably live in a utopian society where everyone is free and we all have sex with models

You're right, he put the dollar sign after the amount! I blame Steve Jobs.

If you're going to allow your feelings to get hurt because of insults from the internet, you have a lot of life experience left to gain.
Apple Murdered my children and stole my dog......then proceeded to fuck me in the ass when i bought one of they're products.
Acer, Toshiba, HP, Dell, they're all the same to me. Custom built is the way to go.
You're right, he put the dollar sign after the amount! I blame Steve Jobs.
No, the fact that he paid $2400 for a piece of shit.
Really? Its bad they need to make a profit to pay their employees?
I said the companies are terrible not their motivation to make a profit
stop looking for things to criticise people for
pc = personal computer
I think macs fall under that description
calling a windows machine a PC is like calling a console a Nintendo
if apple ever beats dell then i am leaving for mars.
HP has for the last two decades.

I love the fact that my computer blows that straight out of the fucking water, while being under 800 dollars.
Apple's stuff itself isn't bad, it's the extremely stupid fanbase and the way they ridiculously overprice their products that is.
Apple's stuff itself isn't bad, it's the extremely stupid fanbase and the way they ridiculously overprice their products that is.
If it was cheaper I'd get it, but Apple does this for a reason. It's the same reason why women like to buy expensive clothes: you're buying the name, not the item. It's like Gucci or some other famous brand, it's a status symbol.
An idea just came to me. What if apple starts a chain of coffee shops? That's right, coffee shops. They would cost twenty bucks to enter, the coffee would cost five bucks and you would have to buy the (white/silver) cup.
It'd get rid of the idiots at starbucks
Idiots have parent's to.
to what?
to what?
To the "idiot's" of course.
i find it interesting how we'll post apple news just so we can hate humans, those damn humans with their humanoid machines and humanoid faces. i hate them so much i'm going to post about apple and how much they are bad.
"fuck apple i hate them because people i don't like that only exist in my mind use them" as they slowly descend into their schizophrenic deranged state of mind. soon they'll see steve jobs in their halls haunting them and whispering "WITH THE NEW UPDATE WE'VE ADDED" as they scream and scream.
let's face it, if you hate people who use apple computers, you probably hate people who use other random things too like a brand of butter or a certain car, which means you'll also probably die as a hate filled person who with his last dying breath tells his son "DON'T MARRY A MAC USER" as his ex-wife is fawning over him with will papers.
hello i'm a human, a waste of space and an argument against the existence of intelligent design.
people use the word hate very loosely on the internet
I doubt all of these people really see a mac user in real life and just snarl in fury
on topic though, I dislike the price of macs but I love the ergonomics, ui, and battery life of their laptops
i'd probably get one if I could
apple as a company is terrible, mostly thanks to Steve Jobs, but they design great products

Apple makes a great operating system. Fuck off if you dismiss it without ever having used it properly. The hardware is built solid from my experience. Their iPhones are also high quality and have incredible software, albeit too restricted for my tastes. Yes, they have some despicable business practices, such as downgrading firewire from lower grade laptop models, having non-removable batteries, restricting their app store, and being general pricks. However, OSX is, in my opinion, superior to Windows in terms of stability and end-user experience. So saying "Fuck Apple" doesn't really cover the whole picture.
MacOS is FreeBSD with a shiny interface. other than that their products are nice
MacOS is FreeBSD with a shiny interface. other than that their products are nice
Microsoft needs to do something like this for Windows. The average user doesn't give a crap about the NT or Win32 system, and they're putting all this effort into a system that is ultimately inferior to Unix systems. While Unix isn't necessarily the Holy Grail of operating systems, it's a hell of a lot better than Win32.
They could take an OpenBSD kernel and stick their fancy Aero, DirectX, and "Super bars" onto it and call it Windows 9 and the world would be a better place because of it. Well if not the world, my job as a software developer would be less miserable.
MacOS is FreeBSD with a shiny interface. other than that their products are nice
Uh, no. It's actually based upon the XNU kernel which was originally developed for the NeXTSTEP OS it does indeed have code from BSD but comparing it to FreeBSD is like saying NASAs Space Shuttle OS is Ubuntu with a shiny interface.
i don't really think that's true, im sure people who work in the music and film industry are capable of reading.
That's nice.
what's certainly not nice is your ignorance of who uses macintosh computers
don't accuse people of illiteracy when you've obviously failed to do your homework
