All three have a negative effect on the child.
This article, and any person born in the 60s say otherwise
This article, and any person born in the 60s say otherwise
I was going to say the 60's thing earlier on in the thread but i figured it might just get tossed out by people saying "well they wouldn't be smoking with a baby hurrr". Is your avatar mouthing "right now"?
I think more research needs to be done before any real consensus is made.
Are you stupid? The smoke is what's harmful. Not the weed.
Are you stupid? Find me a single potent drug that doesn't have harmful side effects, be it short term, or long term. I'm all for legalizing weed, it's much less harmful than Alcohol, especially short term, but people who sit there and claim it's harmless are fucking nieve. [editline]04:57AM[/editline]
I think more research needs to be done before any real consensus is made.
This. The funny thing about weed, because it's illegal, there's never been a properly funded, non biased, long term study conducted. The few long term studies that have been conducted have been very limited and not very well funded. Legalizing would change this.

No studies, properly funded and non biased? Yeah, you know that's horseshit, right? 1. Nixon study(Non biased, and came back that weed was nearly harmless), nixon turned it down. Was a fully funded report. 2. The governors report also was well funded and found out it was realitivley harmless. There have been hundreds of well funded studies that agree weed is almost harmless.

None of you want it legalized because it prevents death and cancer, you want it legalized so that you can get to it easier. In reality you're all selfish dicks who just want to get high.

Both are in the field of Rad/Onc, so they deal with cancer patients, many of whom are suffering from pain/nausea/lots of other fun shit. They both have 90-year-old patients who smoke weed for the medical benefits, even though it's not legal medically in NYS.
None of you want it legalized because it prevents death and cancer, you want it legalized so that you can get to it easier.
How about because it's our right to choose what we do with our bodies? Same thing with assisted suicide etc.
If it was your right to do that, there wouldn't be such a thing as subscriptions. It is a responsibility to treat your body well, and a privilege to fuck with it. (Fast food, drugs, etc.) You can smoke weed, but while you're doing that, I'll be outside doing something productive and not looking like a total idiot.
None of you want it legalized because it prevents death and cancer, you want it legalized so that you can get to it easier. In reality you're all selfish dicks who just want to get high.
Because we totally can't want both at once, no sir, if I want to get high there's no way that I can also be thinking about the people that use it medicinally when I vote to legalize it for MEDICINAL use.
None of you want it legalized because it prevents death and cancer, you want it legalized so that you can get to it easier. In reality you're all selfish dicks who just want to get high.
I want it legalized because it might be dangerous. Why would you make something that's bad for you illegal? That just makes a black market for that will spread it around faster than being legal ever would. You should make it legal and easy to fight by regulation and such. That makes far more sense. That's what they did until fucking retarded puritans got in.
If it was your right to do that, there wouldn't be such a thing as subscriptions. It is a responsibility to treat your body well, and a privilege to fuck with it.
Because we totally can't want both at once, no sir, if I want to get high there's no way that I can also be thinking about the people that use it medicinally when I vote to legalize it for MEDICINAL use.
You're not thinking about that, you're thinking about getting high, face it. You're just using those argument to justify your argument that you just want to get high. You aren't voting for it to be legalized for the benefit of human kind, your voting so that you can get high without pissing yourself over thinking the cops are knocking at your front door.
Also, I can't be productive while high because all stoners do is sit on the couch and eat junk food while they watch Cheech and Chong.
You know what's really fun to do high? Chores. I clean, do laundry, do dishes, mow the lawn, do all that good shit high because it's fun.
Also, I can't be productive while high because all stoners do is sit on the couch and eat junk food while they watch Cheech and Chong.
Not doing that while high is like sleeping while in a shootout.
Not doing that while high is like sleeping while in a shootout.
How would you know, you've clearly never smoked before
If it was your right to do that, there wouldn't be such a thing as subscriptions. It is a responsibility to treat your body well, and a privilege to fuck with it. I'm not concerned about cops. I just think it'd be good for it to be legal; get it out in the open, y'know?
You know what's really fun to do high? Chores. I clean, do laundry, do dishes, mow the lawn, do all that good shit high because it's fun.
No it isn't. That's a complete and utter lie. I smoked weed for years when I was younger, I wasn't stupid enough to EVER think chores were fun when high.

Thanks for telling me what my opinion is!
Not doing that while high is like sleeping while in a shootout.
Hahahhahahahahah You've obviously never smoked weed before. I'd smoke you up if I was close enough to you, just to fix your misconceptions. [editline]02:38AM[/editline]
No it isn't. That's a complete and utter lie.
No it isn't. That's a complete and utter lie. I smoked weed for years when I was younger, I wasn't stupid enough to EVER think chores were fun when high.
I highly doubt that
