Because a small amount of people united by their party bias can make a difference in celebration. The polls are much more accurate of the majority's opinions than a small group of people at a party.
This was in the Streets.
This was in the Streets.
Was it a party/celebration or something that you see every day? I'm just trying to get you to look at things rationally.
Was it a party/celebration or something that you see every day? I'm just trying to get you to look at things rationally.
Everyday is a Party in Texas.
The majority of whites accept Obama as the first black president and think of it as a huge step forward for America, even if they believed McCain would have been a better choice. Percents don't mean anything, McCain supporters are going to be bitter for a year, and anyone can realize that Obama becoming president means that anyone has a good shot at whatever they want to do no matter what their race is.
Yes We Can.

But a 92% majority for the black vote makes me raise an eyebrow.
Obama received 92% of the black vote and 35% of the white vote. To think there's any sort of "healing" going on, is to be putting on the beer goggles. If anything it's just proof that the division is far greater than anyone imagined. All it's going to do is make the people who were already racist, even more so.

The majority of whites haven't been racist for the past 20 years.
Wait, what are you trying to say here.
Wait, what are you trying to say here.
35% of whites supported Obama. 8% of blacks supported McCain. My point is racism is still a large issue in this country.
But Bill Clinton was white.
The majority of whites haven't been racist for the past 20 years.
Huh.
I'd like to point something out:
Now those are better demographics.

This offers a reason why the intellectually superior are more easily swayed by words: http://www.pennypresslv.com/Obama's_Use_of_Hidden_Hypnosis_techniques_in_His_Speeches.pdf It's 67 pages, don't bother trying to shoot it down until you've completed it. Have fun.
Hypnosis and such have been proven to not exist, work or otherwise.
I don't have to, the arguement killed itself on the other half of the first page: Hypnosis and such have been proven to not exist, work or otherwise.
You didn't read all 67 pages, nor check the sources. That article cites its sources and backs it with facts. Your poll only has http://kuvaton.com/ to its credit.
Made-up facts are not facts. Also, if you would have bothered to check, www.kuvaton.com is an imagesite. Also, the image includes its sources. I'll quote for you:
IQ information based on "IQ and the Wealth of Nations" IQ testing from The Testing Agency of UK Standings are based on Election Tracker via CNN.com as of 10/30/2008
It's cited sources are shaky hypnosis resources along with copious references to wikipedia, youtube, and google video. Edit:
I like how they show a photoshopped picture at the end of Obama smoking a cigarette.
doesn't obama smoke
He quit smoking before he started the campaign.
I like how everyone jumps on me without reading my posts:
If you want to argue the hilariously stupid, I can too.

I like how everyone jumps on me without reading my posts:
I realize that you don't ACTUALLY believe that nonsense. I was just under the assumption that the authors took themselves seriously, even though they used photoshopped images to try and prove a point.
I like how everyone jumps on me without reading my posts:
You're the one who keeps defending the argument and telling us to read the whole book.
You're the one who keeps defending the argument and telling us to read the whole book.
It's basically a way of saying "look in the mirror, you're the same as the radicals on the other side of the fence."
I like how everyone jumps on me without reading my posts:
So you just essentially said that to argue against the chart posted earlier that had reputable sources that you would post sarcastically, pretend to be stupid and misinformed, and somehow make a point by posting a poorly-researched conspiracy article? Do you even know what you're doing?
67 pages isn't a book, I'd call that an above-medium report.
Hahaha. Edit:
67 pages isn't a book, I'd call that an above-medium report.
You get my point.

I already stated why I supported Obama before my post on the picture, my Right Wingers. In addition, we cannot afford any more pointless wars and McCain is a hothead who would probably end up pissing off the wrong people. "Every soldier worth his mettle is anti war" McCain voted against the GI Bill and veteran's benefits. He's a disgrace to the armed forces. All he has going for him was that he was a POW. He was no Ace Pilot.. Also Palin is a poor choice for someone to take over one of the most stressful jobs in the United States if McCain died in office Casull, go back to whatever survivalist hole you crawled out of and stay there, before you infect us more with your stupidity. I don't hate you, I'm just extremely frustrated with you.
