Are you glad that the republican party is pretty much insane?
Seriously, when was the last time we had a sane non-puppet republican president?
Don't even say George Bush Sr. He was crazy, and bush jr is just... i don't know.
Congrats on Obama winning, sadly my state did not put a centrist on the ballot, we either got batshit insane or kemo man with batshit insane running mate.
You're trying to say only the republican party is insane?
Did you not listen to one damn word Biden said during the campaign? Just happen to miss all of that paranoia and crazyness?
Mephis, all the points you've brought up against Obama are actually what was wrong with McCain, spare the experience part. And you know what? Nothing in the fucking world can prepare you for being the president. You think 20 years of sitting in the senate and voting yes or no on issues they never personally research will prepare anyone to lead this country? It doesn't, it's all about intelligence and rationality, and that's what Obama has. McCain would have been a good leader, he's a good guy with common sense but hit chances of death were too great to risk a Palin presidency, and Obama's policies benefit the average American much more. I'm sick of all your petty shit that even Fox news gave up on weeks ago like Wright and Ayers, it makes me sick.
Edit:
It's already perfectly clear racism is a big issue.
92% of black voters, voted for Obama.
That's too big of a margin to not be racism.
That, or 92% of black voters have families to feed and can't afford to watch another tax break for the rich while they get a $5 coupon on their own taxes. The black vote has always been extremely democratic, and having the candidate be black and cut their taxes just made it even more of a landslide.

Give me one fucking reason why Wright isn't an issue.
Obama's campaign released some pile of bullshit statement saying he "Didn't have the political courage to walk out."
If he doesn't have the political courage to walk out on a radical, all I can say is, enjoy your choice America, enjoy.

No no, not saying just the republicans are insane, but they sure do pick good puppets to fuck everyone over.
Hey mephis guess what
I don't think you understand what a big achievement this is for black people.
I don't think you understand that skin-color does not determine the quality of one's presidency, which granted applies to ANY president. But the point remains that anyone who voted for Obama just because he's black is retarded as all-hell.

yeah because black people are totally different than white people
obviously

One reason? Well, the fucking quote everyone made such a big damned deal of was taken completely out of context and wasn't "anti-american" at all, and even if he was a hate-mongerer, would you be a child molester if your priest molested a young boy? No, and you'd probably speak out against him, like Obama did to Wright.
WELCOME TO HELL
Don't worry, he'll get shot...i put my money on a year and a half in

If McCain had relations with the KKK, he wouldn't have even been considered for presidency.
Wright is just as bat shit insane and racist as the KKK is in this era.
LONG LIVE PRESIDENT OBAMA
LONG LIVE OUR KING

Most Republican votes are just because they believe in "Strong Christian Values", and for some reason the Republican party epitomizes that to them. Blindly voting happens just as much if not more for Republicans.
yeah because black people are totally different than white people
obviously
Skin color, that's how they're different.
Not to mention, the city black folk tend to speak like morons, with some sort of fucked up accent. But that's just poor innercity private schools for you.
Don't worry, he'll get shot...i put my money on a year and a half in
If he was going to get shot he already would have been.

Just because you can't understand what he's saying and listen to Rush Limbaugh all day doesn't mean Wright is even remotely comparable to the KKK...

I've seen a black guy wearing a Mccain shirt in California (though it was on halloween except during the day so I doubt that was real).
And just stop fighting it, Obama supporters run this place you know. :q:

If I don't fight, who will?
If I don't fight, who will?
Hopefully no one, because there's nothing to really fight. Both candidates were good, one of them won, you should stop being caught up in the mudslinging from the presidential race...
obama is a faggot
obama is a faggot
Go back to YouTube please.
Go back to YouTube please.
no thanks
yeah because black people are totally different than white people

Yeah because sarcasm doesn't totally make you look retarded.
obviously.
As I've already said.
America will suffer the consequences of voting out of emotion. Remember what happened the last time we did something out of emotion? Yea well, we're paying for that with our economy and the never ending war on terrorism.
I guess everyone was clueless as to his voting record. That was certainly apparent among the majority of people I encountered when I was voting.
"Hey, he's black! We have to vote for him or we're racist!" seemed to be the topic of the day there.
People act like the candidate they are rooting for is the only candidate that will do the job. McCain would have been fine just like Obama will be fine. They have their strong points and weak points, but that doesn't change the fact that neither one would kill us or destroy the country as president.
Who cares about why other people voted. Does a crowd of people voting for a good candidate for the wrong reasons make that candidate any less competent?
Maybe, if McCain chose a smarter V.P. he would've got more votes.
WHO AGREES?
If I don't fight, who will?
It's over, he won, there's really not much to fight over now unless he does something in office that will fuck us over again (which I wouldn't know since his skill in office is yet to be seen).
obama is a faggot
YOU FUNNY.
If I don't fight, who will?
This is fighting?
Go to some conservative website and do this.
Hopefully no one, because there's nothing to really fight. Both candidates were good, one of them won, you should stop being caught up in the mudslinging from the presidential race...
I'm amazed at how rabid everyone was in this campaign in terms of support. Hell, the next campaign might be accompanied by gun fir- Oh wait. :v:
If they're voting for the wrong reasons it doesn't matter if the candidate is good or not. People should support a candidate because they support their views, not because they're a certain color or because they like a certain TV show or whatever retarded reason they can cook up other than whatever the candidate is campaigning about.
