They were complaining that he sold out to the blacks Edit: And the browns
Yea, Wright is a bigger issue. You're wright.
Aaahahaha. "step on the Fox train, toot toot, no spin!"
Obama is not a Muslim. He's a good, family man, not a Muslim. ^ A joke/reference, edited for stupid people.
They were complaining that he sold out to the blacks Edit: And the browns
Google search: "Obama Turban." There's a lot more where that came from. Edit:
Obama is not a Muslim. He's a good, family man, not a Muslim.
Because Muslims are obviously not good people, at least according to you.
Google search: "Obama Turban." There's a lot more where that came from.
Yeah, more pictures of Obama wearing Kenyan clothes during his trip to Kenya. Oh fucking no.
Google search: "Obama Turban." There's a lot more where that came from.
M-MORE TURBANS? OH GOD NO PKEASE STOP POSTING TURBANS
Republicans have become shit posters, more butthurt at 8.
If they're voting for the wrong reasons it doesn't matter if the candidate is good or not. People should support a candidate because they support their views, not because they're a certain color or because they like a certain TV show or whatever retarded reason they can cook up other than whatever the candidate is campaigning about.
Agreed, but now we're talking solely about the people voting and not the candidate. I can't get into the heads of every single voter to see why they are voting, and neither can anyone else. It's sensible to assume that most voters have their reasons for voting. I haven't heard a single person say "I'm voting for Obama because he's black", nor have I heard anything that would lead me to believe that someone was voting for that reason. The guy I quoted was basically implying that we were screwed with Obama because the people that voted for him, in his opinion, were all voting for him because he is black. Even if that was true, it wouldn't make Obama bad, it would make the voters idiots.
Eh, I was making fun of McCain's quote of that. Although I guess it's kinda silly since he had to say something fast and didn't have all day to plan a PC way of saying it.
Because Muslims are obviously not good people, at least according to you.
Oh hi Colin Powell I didn't see you in this thread
Well when Palin refused to admit global warming was caused by man, but supported all the same green policies of Obama, everyone went ape shit questioning her intentions. Am I not allowed to do the same?
I don't see what this has to do with you implying that we are screwed solely because the voters, in your opinion, voted for a candidate for the wrong reasons.
No, I'm saying you just voted for someone who has next to zero political experience. That 5 or 10 percent can mean everything if you have any clue how much senseless shit is voted on in congress. They vote on who should wipe each other's asses, almost literally. Edit: I live in the center of the fucking country, nukes aren't a concern. If kalifornia was nuked, I'd cheer.
Nukes aren't your concern, see here's your problem, you only care about you... Obama is going to give the Majority of Americans what we need, want, and in the long run America is going to be FAR better off than another Bush in office
I haven't heard a single person say "I'm voting for Obama because he's black", nor have I heard anything that would lead me to believe that someone was voting for that reason.
They asked a predominantly black neighborhood who they were voting for, and they all replied "Obama". They then asked them if it was because he was black, or if it was because he wanted to keep the troops in Iraq, and they responded "Because he wants to keep the troops in Iraq". Can you spot what's wrong with this picture?
Nukes aren't a concern.
THIS IS WHAT REPUBLICANS ACTUALLY BELIEVE.
They asked a predominantly black neighborhood who they were voting for, and they all replied "Obama". If you're suggesting that the landslide by which Obama won was due to that vast minority, then I think you're a little mislead. My two cents.

He's going to destroy America and it's constitution. Just you people watch. I would also like to congratulate the general media for not reporting a single bad thing about Obama the entire campaign, covering up everything that might damage him, while giving him enough praise to make most people's eardrums burst.
No, just the right campaign slogan, tons of lawyers, and lots of money.
It totally can't be that Obama won fair and square, no, that's unpossible! (That was intentional, yes.)
He's going to destroy America and it's constitution. Just you people watch. They just covered that all up, in fact, the media is outside my house now, about to kill me.
The fact that Bush won TWICE shows that there's more than "a small group of idiots" out there voting for candidates for the wrong reasons.
The races between Bush's competitors were much, much more close then this election. I don't think the same demographics would have tipped the scale this much. Furthermore, the fact that people ditched McCain due to his similarities with Bush shows that easily some of those same idiots have either wised up (took 'em fucking 8 years, but whatever) or were part of the smaller group this time around that voted for McCain.
I'm laughing my ass off watching you americans fight.
The fact that Bush won TWICE shows that there's more than "a small group of idiots" out there voting for candidates for the wrong reasons.
Then why didn't all the women in the country vote for Sarah Palin as vice president?
The races between Bush's competitors were much, much more close then this election. I don't think the same demographics would have tipped the scale this much.
Voter turnout was also alot bigger this time around, meaning more idiots to throw on the fire.
Then why didn't all the women in the country vote for Sarah Palin as vice president?
Because she's a fucking nut?
Haha, yeah basically all republicans turned into trolls overnight :v:
Voter turnout was also alot bigger this time around, meaning more idiots to throw on the fire.
Wow, that's one hell of a Strawman you're constructing there. New voters does not necessarily mean stupid voters.
I would also like to congratulate the general media for not reporting a single bad thing about Obama the entire campaign, covering up everything that might damage him, while giving him enough praise to make most people's eardrums burst.
His Pastor, Him not wearing that stupid flag pin that one time, that one time he didn't put his hand on his heart while listening to the national anthem, etc. Do you think that maybe the lack of coverage of fuck-ups might be due to a lack of fuck-ups? Just a thought.
Wow, that's one hell of a Strawman you're constructing there. New voters does not necessarily mean stupid voters.
This is America we're talking about, you know that right?
This is America we're talking about, you know that right?
So now you're saying America as a whole is stupid, meaning no matter who won, you'd still be cynical. Wow, why the hell did I waste the effort.
I'm laughing my ass off watching you americans fight.
Well, we are the best entertainers. (Self declared, I imagine.)
I'm happy about this, but I think people get really extreme about it. They were both decent candidates. I don't think McCain is a bad person, but talking about 'winning' wars is just really deluded in my opinion. Nobody wins wars. One country loses more. I'm all for eliminating threats, but beating a dead horse in pursuit of some kind of victorious feeling is sick. Will we get a trophy and a big 'good job' sticker before we have to clean up all the dead bodies? I'm sick of wealthy rednecks getting in office just so they can play real-life Starcraft. 8 years of my life is enough.
I'm happy about this, but I think people get really extreme about it. They were both decent candidates. I'm all for eliminating threats, but beating a dead horse in pursuit of some kind of victorious feeling is sick.
You know, Palin was McCain's last nail in the coffin for me. The prospect of him as president never really bothered me until she came along as his possible replacement. That fucking terrified me. GOLLY-GEE-WILIKERS. THERE'S THE NUCLEAR CODES.
So now you're saying America as a whole is stupid, meaning no matter who won, you'd still be cynical.
Way to miss my point. These voters... Where were they during the last elections? Did they simply magic themselves into being this time around for no particular reason? Were many of these people the people who thought "You know, it'd be awesome to be responsible for ushering in the first black president in American history!" Not saying it DID happen, but there's no denying it's a possibility. Plus you have people that think "REPUBLICANS = BAD!" because of Bush, leading to a "the grass is greener" mentality which almost guaranteed Obama's victory. Now combine that with the possibility of people voting for Obama just because he's black (a black man running from president holy shit you don't see that every day!) which really doesn't determine how good of a president he will be, but hell, he's the FIRST BLACK PRESIDENT HOLY SHIT! So between the idiots from column A and column B, you have a mass of new idiots voting for the wrong reasons. It's just as dumb as it would've been if McCain won because he was a "maverick", or if Hillary made it and won because she was a woman. Now don't get me wrong, I didn't think McCain would be any better of a president. I didn't agree with EITHER candidate.
