Samsung Galaxy S3 officially unveiled at ‘next Galaxy’ event - Polidicks

My contract is up for renewal, had high hopes for this but I'm going with the HTC one X as soon as O2 get it back in stock ..

Still would say even though out-performed that my galaxy nexus is much more 'Unique' against this.

It's sorta sad that most of the announcement was just software features which can be done on many phones

Gonna see how the numbers crunch against the Galaxy Nexus. Was hoping for software buttons but we'll see what changes when they announce the U.S variants. I don't think it's bad. Definetly an upgrade from my Epic 4G and that's all I care about. Would also like to see the Asus Padfone make it to the U.S.

The GS3 rapes the One X in benchmarks, but honestly, it looks meh and the screen isn't as good.

Apparently the new processor is twice as fast as the previous one, but uses 20% less power. Still kinda disappointed.

I dont get the hate against plastic. My Xperia Neo is all plastic, and survived 2 drops on concrete floor with small scratches and a dent. (Now I bought a rubber case) However, I think that the size is atrocious.
