Am I the only one that feels that "he is showing signs of dementia" is the cover they are going for to minimize damage? Because it sure would be a bit messed up that his mental state was apparently fine to take office, but now conveniently when he screwed up majorly he is mentally unfit(?).
It wouldn't work since he was showing those signs long before his actual participation in the election, and his father died of Alzheimer's. Trump might be going down the same route.
I'm not sure Trump would roll with that, to be honest.
It would force him to admit a fault, that ain't flying with him
Fair enough with regards to answers to what I asked. I honestly didn't know his father died of Alzheimer's and yeah, that would mean he'd have to admit a fault/imperfection/etc.

Keep projecting, Donnie boy

Dude spent a year insisting that obama was born in kenya and has the nerve to accuse others of unfairly persecuting him.

It's Trump, do you even have to ask?!? :v:
He must have dementia if he's forgotten about Benghazi and the email server
As some people have already said on here: his family has had a history with Alzheimer's disease and he's already 70, so you're not too far from the ball with an explanation for his apparent cognitive dissonance.
I figured I'd ask here but seeing a lot of impeachment talk in general. Is there any actual chance of it happening or is it just angry internet talk?
I'm all for it myself but I don't want to get my hopes up over nothing y'know

Time is taking the piss now.

We have gotten closer to impeachment than just swinging the word around as a joke. One congressman has called for it already and at least one other (Republican no less) has stated that it's a good possibility he will be removed.
I would appreciate some sort of "greatest hits" compilation website with the dirt on every one of these schmucks summarized, though.

What did it say? It's already been deleted lmao.

He deleted it because he misspelled "counsel" as "councel".
What a model president.

Imagine being the staffer who, amidst all this bullshit, has to go into the presidents office while he's ranting and raving to tell him he made a typo.

Something about how Obama and Clinton had illegal campaigns and he was being investigated like them. He phrased it in such a way it seemed to imply he committed illegal acts :v:

Also, there never was a special counsel appointed because he himself admitted "lock her up" was just an empty campaign promise. He could have done it at any time, but sits here crying about it instead.
He deleted it because he misspelled "counsel" as "councel".

It also took them a little over two hours to fix that.

Say Trump is impeached and imprisoned, the interference of Russia is solidly confirmed and a new government is decided, what would the response towards Russia be, realistically?
Say Trump is impeached and imprisoned, the interference of Russia is solidly confirmed and a new government is decided, what would the response towards Russia be, realistically?
Trade restrictions if they cooperate, more emphasis on the ongoing cold war, or a boots on the ground war if it comes to that.
Say Trump is impeached and imprisoned, the interference of Russia is solidly confirmed and a new government is decided, what would the response towards Russia be, realistically?
If anything, continued sanctions and heightened security for the electoral process. Anything else seems a bit much.
Even more sanctions
Also, the international community will probably become even more wary of Russia.
It'd be like a nation publicly denouncing another in Civilization. Then the attack helicopters and hoplites start having at it.
I doubt there'd be any war between US and RF, too much to lose and nothing to gain (in theory)
you'll see a few generals on both sides tryna get more funding and recognition and maybe a bit of "theyre the enemy!!" rhetoric but i doubt itll come to blows.
And if the US tries to bring the EU into it (thought we're already in it with Russia backing our divisive racis-"""""""""~~populist~~""""""""" euroskeptics) europe will have to choose between a stable economy (russian fossil fuels are needed 100%) and political games with no clear outcome (what do you want russia to do?)
