1 in 5 is nowhere near "all muslims", and that number is demonstrably closer to the truth than the horse shit that liberal media perpetuates about 'the religion of peace'. I don't know which story you're referring to but it's more than likely relating to the refugee crisis, which a drastically different thing from condemning an entire religion just because.
No, it was complete bullshit. They manipulated and lied, it was all over UK news for quite a few days. What, the media has to extensively cover the fact that a bunch of Muslims did something sensible? Isn't that a little hypocritical? Wouldn't it make Muslims in general look like a bunch of assholes if the media blew the story up, like its surprising that normal people dissociated themselves with a gaggle murderers and psychopaths they share cultural ties with. That d be a sort of 'Bear shits in the wood' kind of article in my opinion.

I don't know how you can argue that the media is trying to demonize all muslims by presenting an article that goes to great strides to show the muslim world condemning ISIS sympathizers.
Even by taking the figures at face value, they ignore the fact that nearly 71.5% said they had no sympathy for young Muslims who leave the UK to join fighters in Syria.
Yeah, so 4/5. Just like the Sun reported...
Muslims don't need to say they're sorry for the actions of other muslims. These guys haven't done anything wrong, as an individual they are innocent. They are not a hive mind. That said, what people perceive as reality is different so maybe they do have something to gain from actively opposing ISIS... but then again, they're individuals who have nothing to do with it, just like me.
You are right, but I have met many people who feel that the vast majority of Muslims in the west are supporters of ISIS when if you look at the actual people who live in these countries this is really not true. To give an example of the extent at which this runs, I know in America where I live that since the 9/11 attacks around 200 Sikhs have been killed because they are mistaken as Muslims in hate crimes.
