Jesus that's sort of alarming. I ate a slightly different green-tinted sweet potato one time, felt like I wanted to vomit rather badly until a few hours later.
But that was about it.
What the hell, "everyday foods" and the first item is Rhubarb
"One cross borehole electromagnetic-imaging Rhubarb"
Yeah. Rhubarbs can kill you. And then you'll be baked. And then there will be cake.
Well this is new, by that logic I'm going to die tomorrow.

Welcome to Britain.
I don't think anyone eats frogs often enough to kill them, 'cept for the French.
This is dumb..
I drink ALOOOOOOOOOOT of milk.
And im not dead yet?
Too much milk can give you kidney stones.. not pleasant.
The governments been putting a chemical called Dihydrogen Monoxide in almost all our foods, causing the deaths.
It's a conspiracy.
Rhubarb
It might look like a bloodied stick used to beat a man to death and you might want to die when you taste it, but the truth is that people love eating this bizarre plant, be it in a pie, cut into pieces or served from the hollowed-out skull of an enemy. Some deluded people might think it delicious, but parts of the plant are also lethal.
Did they just imply that rhubarb isn't the best vegetable ever?
I'll kill them.
Everything causes cancer.
I'm not the least suprised at this information,
everything and anything around you can kill....
everything kills, including water. have you noticed how everyone who drinks water has died or is Dying? Yeah suck on that logic!
Water
They say that water is the source of all life. Well, you know what? It can also kill you. So perhaps it's more accurate to say that water is the source of all life, but also the source of a modicum amount of death.
Also known as water poisoning or hyper-hydration, water intoxication is essentially death by drinking too much water. Neither is it all that unheard of, as a couple of years ago a woman famously died during a competition to win a Wii console (as if the Wii is even worth it) in which she was required to "Hold [her] Wee For A Wii" by drinking a whole load of water and then not use the bathroom for as long as possible. Which then killed her.
The over-consumption of water causes an imbalance in electrolytes in the brain, causing either hypernatremia or hyponatremia, potentially lethal electrolyte imbalances. There have also been many other notable cases appearing over the years.
Yeah but you have to drink a ton of water for that to happen, and who wants to piss THAT much?
ITT: Everything can and will kill you in the most horrible possible way.
If you eat you will die
If you stop eating you will die.
By now, most of us are somewhat aware that eating rotten dairy can have some pretty drastic consequences, SO STOP DOING IT.
i lol'd
It's called choking
Lol @ them listing the deep-fried butter that was at the Texas State Fair.
Drinking too much water can actually drown your cells, though it takes an extremely large amount of water to do this (drinking 10+ gallons in quick succession I think).
Good to know. So, weed isn't really harmful after all I see?
Other than the obvious euphoria effect it has and its medical usage, there are no known positive effects associated with weed. Brain damage, lung cancer, dependence, disorientation, and others are proven harmful effects of it, so really, it doesn't have much going for it. However, since no major studies have yet been conducted, we aren't sure how good or bad it actually is.
Most of the article is talking about parts of the food you don't eat.
That's a really dumb article.
