PETA is still trying?
I'll just sit back, relax, and enjoy watching them do silly stuff that'll never work.
Being part of PETA gives you Autism or at-least severe retardation.
Huh, I thought those were their membership requirements
except telling complete total bullshit isn't really freedom of speech
That makes no fucking sense, any non-hate speech is cover under freedom of speech.
PETA was protesting our yearly Ribfest. Most ribfest goers ignored them, but several ate ribs, pulled pork, chicken, etc around them while saying things like "MMMM SO GOOD" and "Now this is going to put some meat on my bones". Was pretty funny.
Also I find it very odd that PETA is against using animals and their bodies for any purpose, but is totally ok using women and their bodies to get their message across (as shown by the protesters, who were all women, being in PETA's typical barely-clothed state). PETA seems to have more respect for pigs than it does for women and that sickens me.
"We have no intention of changing our tactics until every last animal on the planet is given more respect than women."
Once again the Onion is painfully true to real life.
I guess PETA's been drinking a lot of cow milk.
I, uh... spent five minutes in MS paint.

Wasn't there an article on this exact topic around a month ago?
I bet Bill Maher came up with this.
Hopefully Liam Neeson will stand up and call Maher out for his support of this "cause".

-picciature-
Don't tell them to go to PETA.org! What the fuck, are you trying to spread the autism?
Don't tell them to go to PETA.org! What the fuck, are you trying to spread the autism?
That implies that PETA.org could convince anyone sane of anything.
That implies that PETA.org could convince anyone sane of anything.
Yeah, they said that about rock and roll music and now we're being smothered in gays!!!
I can't wait for the next time PETA makes an evil comment like this, I will fucking storm into thier headquarters with a leather trench coat, punching everyone I see in the face while this song plays in my head.
except telling complete total bullshit isn't really freedom of speech
Tell that to Fox news.
Tell that to Fox news.
The thing about Fox News is that they're registered as an 'entertainment' network rather than a 'News' network. As such, they can legally get away with lying - And take massive advantage of that loophole.
But muh freedom of speech?
They're free to say what they want, but that doesn't mean there won't be repercussions for what's said.
How do people still not get that your are born with autism? It develops with you in the womb.

You post this in every thread involving PETA and I love you for it.
Silly forum goers, PETA isn't people, [sp]their broccoli.[/sp]
I, for one, am a member of People Exasperated with Tasteless Activism.
um... what? there is practically no proof of any relationship whatsoever between milk and autism.
Shut up! You went to medical school, you're part of the conspiracy.
Silly forum goers, PETA isn't people, [sp]their broccoli.[/sp]
Yeah? What? What about their broccoli? Is this some kind of secret code?
um... what? there is practically no proof of any relationship whatsoever between milk and autism.
Pfa, if you think I'm going to listen to some shitty big-pharma-funded quack, you've got another thing coming!
Don't insult people with Autism or forms of retardation by associating them with such a silly organisation. Ableism isn't cool.
A lot of people are going to disagree with you considering that Facepunch is extremely ableist.
PETA is shite. Even runs kill shelters.
They claim that "sometimes euthanasia is the best option" but the vans PETA picks strays up in injects euthanol before they even make it to the shelter.
PETA just wants money, and uses the ignorance of animal lovers and the outrage of animal eaters to get it.
