What exactly is against or not against the contract there?
discounts and trading
afaik, you can bring whatever the fuck you want. We've ordered pizzas, take out, and other items while working without punishment.
My pre-closer pretty much always shows up with a McCafe cup in his hand. If he has his sunglasses on, it's a sign he might still be hungover.

Alright gents Here we go http://www.facepunch.com/showthread.php?t=1241786
I'm pretty sure the guy at subway today was high. "THIS SUB IS 12 INCHES. EXACTLY 12 INCHES-BESIDES, IT COULD BE A PARSEC OFF AND I WOULD NOT- enjoy your meal, sir" I just, I didn't know how to respond.
The Subway in my town has some of the most retarded people working in it. It seems to replace its staff every four weeks or so, and the new guys always forget something on your sandwich.
How do people not know this? Footlong is a trademark, not an indicator of measurement.

There's 20 billion things a sandwich artist has to remember while making a sub, new guys can't do that.
Ours doesn't bitch, but sometimes I seriously wonder how it's possible to own nearly a dozen franchises and not know how to run the most basic of things in them.
Yeah, it's called Upper Management syndrome, other symptoms include disassociation from the reality of the store and a chronic inability to understand how things actually work.

Reminds me of when I worked at a supermarket back when I was a kid, and my official title was Stock Manager (which sounds really impressive, until you read the job description and realize you basically just put shit on shelves).
