It doesn't matter who you are. If you're going into space, people all over the globe are like "cool! can we help?" And suddenly you've got NASA support and tracking stations all over the globe.

Always check spacex and nasa though. They have their own streams with their own cameras.

They said the actual docking would take 5 hours. If they are going to broadcast anything it would be the final minutes.
