so is it the iPhone 5 or iPhone 4S?
4S Also: That's very un-Apple of them showing people it's the same.
That's very un-Apple of them showing people it's the same.
Whoa. What have you done with the real Apple?
Oh, there we go! *Photo Times*
"Next: a worldphone."
Apple; Creating new definitions on a whim. [editline]5th October 2011[/editline]
Now he's going to show you some pictures, so this text-only effort is going to render it well. Oooooh. Wooooow. Ahhhh. Mmmm. SQUIRREL! Sorry.
My respect for these 2 journalists has dropped immensely.
Did they finally fix the antennae problem where if you held it a certain way, the antennae didn't work? And their solution was "don't hold your phone that way you pleb."
It'd be funny if they just attached a second antennae so if you hold it the wrong way, you have a backup. Problem solved!
Sooo, it still looks like the GSII wipes the floor with it?
Why do people think voice recognition is a good feature? "Wake me up at 6am tomorrow" is slower than just adding an alarm quickly with buttons because you'll need to launch the voice program anyway. Wait, I forgot. There's only 1 button, and it's a home button.
4S Also: That's very un-Apple of them showing people it's the same.
That's nothing to do with the phones, that's how fast the networks can provide data
The iphone 3G is free O.o
what does it even feckin look like? the same?
That's nothing to do with the phones, that's how fast the networks can provide data
It's to do with the receiver in the phone, they're showing it can now achieve 4G speeds like the rest.
The iphone 3G is free O.o
What.

iphone 4s= iphone 4shit Thank you Apple for a keynote of an hour and a half of utter bullshit.
iphone 4s= iphone 4shit
Dohohoh You're so funny, original and witty. Leave
"Only Apple could make such amazing hardware"
Wow.

No it's free on an expensive contract. Like every other phone which isn't an iPhone.
What.
It has an expensive contract fee.
Im more excited about getting the gold master release of iOS5, hoping that siri is implemented, at least in some way, into the iPhone 4.
So does it use the 4G network or not?
It has an expensive contract fee iirc.
Free is always "Free" these days.
So does it use the 4G network or not?
Not technically, but its up to par with '4G' speeds.
Oh, there we go! *Photo Times*
They didn't show MeeGo. It's faster on the N9. Even though that phone sadly won't go large scale. It's getting a lot of commercial time here in Denmark, though, happy for that.
Free is always "Free" these days.
Pay a monthly "free" for the next 3 years and it's yours to keep.
Not technically, but its up to par with '4G' speeds.
I thought that most of the "4g" networks out there actually didn't meet the 4g standard?
I thought that most of the "4g" networks out there actually didn't meet the 4g standard?
Correct.
Not technically, but its up to par with '4G' speeds.
Maybe I need to read more about wireless network speeds, but how can they match the newer network by just changing the hardware? Obviously a better processor helps, but what?
voice-to-text text messages at a glance this is fucking dumb at a closer look this is still fucking dumb
