iPhone 4 8GB costs there 99$ but in Finland it is 799€ + forced telephone subscription which is ~45€ per month.
So let's say I bought one on Verizon. Would they call it a 4g or 3g phone? My understanding is that it's a 3g phone but it's as fast as competitive 4g phones...?

Voice-to-text is stupid. When you have a screen which can takes inputs faster than speech, it is not needed. If you couldn't put inputs into the phone, then the voice recognition would be much more needed. Thats why I think it will only really be popular when the computer/phone/TV can "talk back" to give you the information you need, so you don't need to look at the screen.

My Evo from early 2010 does voice to text. I understand that's no the exact same thing s voice commands but that is essentially all it will get used for.
