If only normal people could afford it :frown:
Centripetal force?
Gravity. Centripetal force would fling it into space.
Gravity. Centripetal force would fling it into space.
Gravity is the centripetal force keeping the hotel's path curved. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centripetal_force Not to be confused with Centrifugal force. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Centrifugal_force
4.4 Million for 3 night stay? This station is going to be a huge waste. Not many people can afford to spend that kind of money, especially today. I hate rich people. Now instead of laying back in Florida tanning, they'll be in Space seeing who can piss the furthest.
The time frame seems a little optimistic.
A tiny bit, yes.
They would wear Velcro suits so they can crawl around their pod rooms by sticking themselves to the walls like Spiderman.
:neckbeard:
I can see it now...
"Vermicious Knids" :tinfoil:
This is EXACTLY what I thought when I read the thread. The lift doors are gonna open and there'll be frigging indestructible purple scotch eggs ruining everyone's shit.
This will be way too cool
sounds like a great place to lose your virginity, fucking space :smug:
Fuck Well too late for that know...
Unless they start blasting off rockets right away, I don't see it happening in 2012
sounds like a great place to lose your virginity, fucking space :smug:
The best part is, it's impossible to get impregnated in space, because the fertilized egg can't flow properly. No protection :D
Nice idea but the only people that will ever go there are millionairs.
Any "OHMAHGOD 2012 ENDOFTHEWORLD" people can suck my dick.
at least you get a good veiw of the world ending [editline]08:33PM[/editline]
God, I remember reading about these in a book when I was a little kid. I was like 'oh my god space hotel zero gravity jizz jizz' and i asked my dad if we could go to one when they were built. The book said 2020, now i hear they'll be out in 2012. Lol.
was it this book? http://www.amazon.co.uk/Gobsmacking-Galaxy-Knowledge-Kjartan-Poskitt/dp/059019013X
Damn I love spiderman. And damn I love zero-gravity sex. Should still be worth noting however that 2001: A Space Odyssey has made me fucking scared of space. Imagine that big eyeball motherfucker just staring at you as you blast projectile semen at your fiance's face from 12 feet away.
Oh god I choked on my turkey sandwich when I read this
How will they handle the radiation shielding?
Zero-gravity sex. Awesome. Not unless it has artificial gravity... [editline]07:53PM[/editline] what if semen accidently flies into your mouth "OH SHIT"
"ewwwww i just peed"
:iia:
There would an amazing view that I could stare at for days. $4.4 million dollars to stare into space, in space.
2012 is pushing it, I would say maybe 2015. Either way, I would totally do it if I had $4.4 million to burn.
That's quite dangerous because there's so many flying pieces out there.
i wouldnt go to this if you paid me space is fuckin scary i dont want to die by exploding
I'll laugh the day this shit falls out of the sky.
Although zero gravity is a boon for saggy body parts, males might notice a "slight decrease" in penis size due to the lower blood pressure that humans experience in microgravity.
Hmmm...
:iia:
Us Future * * Getting there...
This will never work, if they can build this in two years and Facepuncher I meet I will give a blowjob. Argh I can see this going horribly wrong. I see terrosits involved with the aftermath of something simaler to twin towers.
I want to go I want to go. [editline]08:54PM[/editline] We're living in the future [editline]08:55PM[/editline] Any minute now we'll have plasma guns and power armour and personal rocket ships [editline]08:55PM[/editline] :iia:
