Even if it's his own Twitter, by being employed by the company he is representing the company (especially since he's the voice of their mascot) .

He's not even experiencing the tragedy though. He can't empathise for these people, so he shouldn't laugh at them.
The real story should be around the fact that they need a comedian to voice a duck who only yells "Aflac!".
