Alright, there's two positions of mine on this. If some kid got nudes of his girlfriend and he forwarded them to the entire school, he deserves to be punished. If it's a boy and a girl just talking naughty and sending a few pictures, why the hell is that a problem?
Child pornography is bad because it psychologically traumatizes the children who are forced into it's production. A 15 year old and his 15 year old girlfriend sharing nudes isn't the same thing.
Yeah, but what if an old fat guy finds the pictures and beats his bishop while looking at them? Benjamin fox should be charged for being a complete faggot
Some said they had seen images that were upsetting
NO NO BOOBIES OH GOD WHY :saddowns:
I have pics from when I was 16 on my hard drive, somewhere. :ohdear:
Oh man, if you took those pictures, you're not only up for possession, but also production!
This won't stop ANYONE.
Sure as hell won't stop me.

If the 15 year old gives another 15 year old n00dz and those n00dz make it onto the internet it could ruin their life. In many cases once it gets on the 'net it's there forever. A girl whose nude photographs get online can have her life destroyed. Unable to get jobs as an adult, sexually harassed, kicked out of school, etc. I'm not saying I agree. Just explaining why the law is the way it is.
What is with these prudish conservatives who make these laws and their disdain for nudity. It's the fucking human body.
