I can't see Rubio sitting in the Oval office, he doesn't look like a president you know?
None of the running Republicans have that look of a president. Except maybe Trump.
None of the running Republicans have that look of a president. Except maybe Trump.
Trump has the look of the next Far Cry villain. Charismatic, witty, talkative, and ready to fucking murder over the tiniest slight.

I need a guac bowl
I'm gonna furnish my next apartment with discount Jeb! merchandise
if only it were Trump
So I hadn't payed a lot of attention to a lot of the Republicans other than the really god awful ones like Trump, Cruz, and Carson. I honestly don't think Hillary will win. She lies way too much and has been involved in way too much scandal. They won't hold back like Bernie, they'll grill her and paint her as a big slippery piece of shit (Honestly she really is). Looking at policy that Bush and the rest had, I weirdly think that other than maybe Kasich, he would've been the easiest republican to swallow out of the lot of them. I wouldn't be too awful upset with that result once I looked at his platform after such an election (I've been kind of expecting a republican to win for a while now). Fuck the GOP, they allowed the Tea Party movement to grow and fester into a fucking monster and even CULTIVATED that shit, instead of showing actual leadership and competence. They then sat on their hands on literally everything but Obamacare which made it much worse. Trump will win the nomination and may have an actual shot at winning the election (It won't matter if I vote Hillary or not I live in a "red state" my "vote against trump" will basically count for shit in the grand scheme of things). Jeb you idiot, you should've been more aggressive, you let even Rand Paul shit on you at times.

He was too much "The kindly old uncle". If he was up against meeker Republican candidates, he might have stood a chance.
um you think trump's some gleaming beacon of morality and honesty?
No, but he's certainly going to be much more loud about her more recent fuck up involving the E-mail debacle at the very least and use that as a way to fuck her when it comes to independent voters. I also bet that clip of her not promising to not lie uncontrollably to people will come up as well. If she also wins through underhanded bullshit like a lot of Sanders supporters (young people who helped Obama win in 2012) think she is winning I don't think those kinds of people will turn out (They won't actually believe in her, I don't blame them). Hell some on here have even said they'd vote for Trump to spite the Democratic party (Which is fucking stupid). The religious shit isn't going to mean much. He's running for the nomination of the party that talks about Jesus and Judeo-Christian values and all that other shit all the time and he's still absolutely goomba stomping everyone. As far as the bankruptcy shit goes I have no idea how that will make independent people feel. We'd pretty much be dealing with a person who will serve corporations and lie, but also compromise national security by sending classified shit via-email. Or someone who lies, and is super loud about everything negative about his opponents and when someone points out he sucks too and does sketchy shit he usually says "Meh I don't give a fuck thats buisness ;)" and people eat it up. If Sanders got the nomination Trumps biggest tactic probably won't work as well unless he just goes nuts on the "Socialist" angle and tries to make that a bad thing.
I feel Trump wouldn't do so well if it was just him and sanders, like whenever people have gone for personal attacks against Sanders he's done pretty well in deflecting the question and getting back to policies. So I can see Trump going off and Sanders just brushing it off to talk about policy and end up tripping Trump up when he has to be purely political when bullying isn't working. But yet again trump could go full nuclear on him and through pure power of bullshit get through, that might work with Hillary who seems pretty weak with how much she's flip flopped on stuff so there's definitely a lot more ammunition against her
I just wanna see a Trump v Sanders debate so bad
I just wanna see a Trump v Sanders debate so bad
"you sir are being very impolite, i am trying to answer the lady's question" "you see that, you see that, he's a weakling, he lets me walk all over him" "I think the american people deserve an actual substative debate donald, and i've been arrested for protecting civil rights before, ive stood my ground" "he's a socialist, a socialist ok, he's gonna destroy all the economy, i'm gonna be good at the economy, he's a mad man"
Fuck I actually liked Jeb. I was gonna vote for him.
If we had open primaries/caucuses up here in WA, I would have voted for Jeb in the Republican race, not because I actually like the guy, but because out of everyone that's in that shitshow they call a primary election, Dubya 2.0 is the one I have the least objections with. At least I know I can live through that shit, having done it before. [editline]22nd February 2016[/editline]
"you sir are being very impolite, i am trying to answer the lady's question" "you see that, you see that, he's a weakling, he lets me walk all over him" "I think the american people deserve an actual substative debate donald, and i've been arrested for protecting civil rights before, ive stood my ground" "he's a socialist, a socialist ok, he's gonna destroy all the economy, i'm gonna be good at the economy, he's a mad man"
Bernie could just win by sitting there and saying "Vote for me, I'm not this guy." Of course, he'll answer the questions correctly according to his views because Bernie is that kind of guy, but he could literally just spend the whole election sitting there spinning his finger around his ear and still win every debate :v:
Bernie could just win by sitting there and saying "Vote for me, I'm not this guy."
Honestly think any Democrat could win through that route if Trump is on the GOP ticket.
Trump could easily paint Hilary as a worse candidate.
ya but the logic is really really sound. i mean if you had your choice between being thrown into a cage with a rabid dog, or a cage with a stuffy cat, you'll take the cat because its not going to kill you

The way forward in the current two-party shitfest of a system is the Democrats, but the DNC has made it clear that it doesn't give a fuck and is going to shove Hillary--an extremely questionable candidate--down everyone's throats. Rolling over like a good dog is only going to reinforce this and further enable their shit behavior. I'd rather take the four year bite and hopefully send a message to the DNC to pick someone less like a mirror of the the mainstream Republican candidates. I mean, I don't expect them to accept Sanders, but there's an inbetween that they can reach if they bothered to try.
there's an inbetween that they can reach if they bothered to try.
martin omalley already dropped out :pudge:

It's incredibly shortsighted, four year bite? This is the POTUS were talking about, leader of the most influential country in the world. You would have a point if any of the GOP front runners weren't maniacs; we can't afford one of them getting into office (which is also Bernie Sanders' viewpoint)

I agree its not worth it in the end. Either way I'm certain the GOP will at least be shattered after this election (With or without a Trump win). If Hillary loses to Donald fucking Trump it might even fuck up the Democratic party as we know it as well.

Corruption, equity and the influence of big business are at the top of my agenda and Hilary simply doesn't stand for any of that.
