In seriousness, though, they feel nice in my room, even though I use Wikipedia for everything now.
I love the smell when you open the book. That old paper smell, brings me back to childhood. Books will for me never be replaced by digital.

I mean like adventure books and stuff, not dictionaries and things you'll look up on the net. (With the exception of biographies)

Yes, I know he took books, but I rarely read books anymore, any of them I've been interested in I've already picked up.
Nerd Alert.

... you will crawl into a corner and cry?
Why did he steal them from a library? He could have just borrowed them and never returned them. They cap library fines at around £10.

"I don't judge a man by the length of his hair or the kind of music he listens to. **Rock was never my bag.* But you put on a pair of shoes when you walk into the New York Public Library…** Yeah, I know what you're thinking.** What's this guy making such a big stink about old library*books? *Well, let me give you a hint. Maybe we can live without libraries, people like you and me. *Maybe. *Sure, we're too old to change the world, but what about that kid, sitting down, opening a book, right now, in a branch at the local library and finding drawings on the Cat in the Hat and the Five Chinese Brothers?* Doesn't HE deserve better?* Look. If you think this is about overdue fines and missing books, you'd better think again. *This is about that kid's right to read a book without getting his mind warped! *Or, maybe maybe that's how y'get your kicks. You and your good-time buddies.* Well I got a flash for ya, party time is over."

Sound like my kind of guy.
I have at least 2,000 books under my name at my house. I never give them or sell them off and I've been buying books since I don't even remember. Though a good portion of that number I received from my grandfather when he died. I have a terrible compulsion to buy books and I would guess that only a third of them I've actually read all the way through. Most of the time I read halfway until I find another book and start it.
I'm like that as well! I'm such a bookworm me, but I would never steal books :v: I feel comfortable in my room the most because it's like a bloody library as it is, but I really do need to stop accumilating books because I haven't even read a third of them let alone half!
