Non-boring, noise making EVs: Volar-E Lola-Drayson B12/69EV: Rimac Concept One Formula E: If your only issue with EV's is that they don't bellow out carcinogens with a roar, then maybe EV's have "made it?"

Though, will say the rest aren't as exciting sounding as an ICE. I'd buy a Tesla if I could afford it, the way I'd drive it, it sure as hell wouldn't get 280 miles though! Though there are quite a few people that simply would rather have an ICE-powered car for the sound, not necessarily the performance.
Tesla has fun stuff but if I'd spend 80k+ I'll get a used GTR. (Almost there personally!) Electric cars are kinda boring (quiet) and you can't modify them like you can regular cars. The range sucks too in comparison.
Isn't the GTR basically as high-tech as a Tesla is? I doubt you could fiddle with it all that much without a lot of specialized training.
As someone getting into the robotics industry, this is but one example of collaborative robotics, and a very exciting one at that. I can't wait to see how the technology of this arm can be implemented for future use, like using a smaller version of it as an end-affector for an articulated robot arm.

Electric stuff can definitely make some noise, my ebike's frame resonates at low speed, not loud but you can definitely hear it.
