After a tornado came through my area and displaced the local wildlife, a family of raccoons took up living in our backyard alongside the cats that showed up at the same time. And a opossum. They all coexisted pretty peacefully, they'd have their safe distances and such but they'd all let each other eat and just kinda chill together. Was kinds cool to see them so close.
Disaster brings every living thing together.
Also, that raccoon is absolutely adorable and I wish I could have one for a pet but they're illegal to domesticate in Georgia. :(

Depends, I have a pet raccoon. As babies, those bastards are playful to the point you may get scars, lol. They will tear stuff up as well. As they get older, they get better, but mine now lives outside, so I can't fully say how they act as grown ups. Make sure to get them a rabies shot as well.
