Except he committed a crime against the United States. Australia is completely within its rights to work with the US against Assange.

Depends on what they're censoring. Illegal? Good, go for it. Small breasts, not so much. Regardless, that is /hardly/ an indication that the Australian Government has no care for its citizens. Really, quoting one minor example doesn't prove the magnitude of what you're saying.
